Just had Dan come out to our place as we had a sewer backup issue. (Fun for us to say the least) Dan was awesome though! He made us feel better about the issue he found and that he was able to remedy for us quickly. He gave us great advice while facing a challenging situation. Thank you!

Back in March we had water collecting in the basement ceiling. I called Aurora Plumbing Co and they sent Lance out within a few hours. Lance did his best to trace the cause but after about an hour, realized that without cutting into walls, he would not be able to locate it. He recommended that we call a leak detection company and have them find. It's a good thing he did because the it was actually coming from a broken vent stack pipe in the attic. It took the leak detector several hours to find it.

I truly appreciate his professionalism and integrity in knowing when a situation is outside of his scope and advising accordingly. He could have just torn into walls and charged us thousands of dollars, but instead he did the right thing and referred us to the proper professionals. Thank you Lance!

Five stars all the way!!!! This is going to be my go to plumber from here till I die! Very kind the whole staff from my phone call to set up appointment to the technician Sammy coming and fixing the problem. They have great prices as well and it took him a whole 10 minutes! The best company in my opinion. You know how no one will tell you a price for a simple clean out of your drain so you get a company out to your house and they quote you some outrages price but there going to give you the “VP Membership” and it’s just as much as price they quoted you may be $10.00 cheaper. And they are there so you want to get it done. . Yesterday I told a company “NO” I would find a different company. He was shocked but the price was about $300.00. I then found APC plumbing. So much cheaper!!!!

Jason was tasked with a job of replacing a shower manifold and a tub shoe that was leaking into an apartment below. While on site we had a main shut off break, so we called the city had the water shut off he completed the new ball valve shut off and then restored water to the building returned the next day and finished the shower manifold and tub shoe. No leaks and all the tenants that were affected are now happy. Great work Jason.

We have used APC for the about the last 3 years and found them to be very responsive and have saved us in a few plumbing emergencies. We really like Jose C. and now ask for him by name. He is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous and really works hard to get the job done for you.

I had an issue with a leaking outdoor faucet. Jason Salas with APC Plumbing was prompt, professional, and did an excellent job. He showed up within an hour, clearly explained the issue and the process needed to fix it, completed the job in a timely manner, and did not leave a mess. We were back to normal in no time!

Benjamin and Carlos installed two new drains and sink hook-ups for our kitchen renovation. They were both exceptionally friendly, courteous and professional. They were sensitive to the fact that we were living out of the basement during the renovation with two toddlers and found a way to access the space they needed to with as little disruption to our living space as possible. They also left the area cleaner than it was upon their arrival! I would welcome both of them back with no hesitation.

Caleb installed a new vent for our range hood in record time. He was also exceptionally friendly, courteous and professional. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and responded to my questions with honest and knowledgeable answers. Caleb worked so efficiently and discreetly that I barely knew he was here (I work from home). I would highly recommend Caleb and will use him for any future projects.

Jason did a great job installing a new blower for my air conditioner. Was very friendly and professional. Showed up on the designated time and discussed what was needed.

Lance was professional and accessed the situation and options to fix our sinks. We live in a very old house and he was able to fix and replace old parts without costing us a fortune. We appreciated his professionalism and time.

APC’s service of our furnaces was very thorough and identified a serious problem with one of the existing machines. Jason was very clear in explaining the problem he found and the options for repair. He is very experienced and informative.

Jason did great! He helped us and ease our worry! Came on time and helped identify the situation even though it wasn’t a plumbing issue. Definitely will recommend to our family and friends on any issues.

I had a frozen cold water line, after the latest Denver cold freeze. Called Dustin (manager) on a Sunday afternoon (very good customer service). He was able to get me a plumber, named Jason, out the next day. Jason, came out, looked at it, tried to thaw the pipes. Unfortunately, the line had cracked in the ground. The Price was affordable, Jason, Sam, and Charlie were very professional. This company is upfront about the cost, were on time every day, and have great plumbers, like Jason, Sam and Charlie, who went above and beyond in the process. I have been burned by other plumbing companies. This company will now be my go for Plumbing, Hvac services.

**Update**

Need to modify this review. While showing our restoration contractor the work that Jason did (in prep for drywall repair), we noticed that he had not masked off the vents on the top/front of the microwave and they were filled with drywall dust and debris. After vacuuming the vents out numereous times, it is clear that the dust and debris and infiltrated the entire microwave and the dust rains down on our stove top every time we shut the door.

Jason was on time, professional, explained the word completed and cleaned up everything very well

Steven from APC really saved my bacon today. My 21yo furnace is finally kicking the bucket, he got it (temporarily) back up and running so I don't freeze in this upcoming storm. Finding out I need a replacement sucks, but the guys delivered the news with great tact and did an awesome job helping me understand the problem and what the solutions will be. Would definitely recommend their service!

Amazing experience with this company from start to finish. Scheduling was easy- HVAC specialist Malcolm came the next day. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable- taught me so much about my heating and cooling system that I never knew (extremely helpful as a first time homeowner). Was also considerate as far as pricing- advised me what made more financial sense in terms of repairs and amounts of visits made. Would 100% call this company again.

Steve was AWESOME! We unfortunately had a sewage backup and within 2 hours, Steve came to save the day! He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I 100% recommend this company and Steve was absolutely wonderful! Will definitely use again (hopefully not anytime soon!)

Steve was honest and extremely knowledgeable. Called APC for a second opinion after getting a quote for almost $7000. He ran the scope and talked me through the entire inspection and told me how to maintain the line so it stays in good working order. Saved me thousands in unnecessary repairs. Their honesty got them a new loyal customer!

Jason and Dan with Aurora plumbing came out today. They reinstalled my furnace. They reinstalled my heat pump water heater. Everything is operational here. These guys did a good job thank you Aurora, plumbing for technicians like these guys they even cleaned up after themselves.

Jason was out for an estimate to fix a very sketchy install by another company. Very thoroughly addressed all my concerns and explained in detail the potential issues that may arise from the improper install. May have renewed my faith that there are contractors out there who might still take pride in their work!

Aurora Plumbing Company did not disappoint. I read great reviews online and chose them to replace some piping inside the house. Dan and Jose were knowledgeable, kind, explained everything, worked quickly and left the place spotless. Dan called ahead of time to let me know he was coming and arrived on time. I'll use them again for future plumping projects.
