Their overall service was good. They completed the work and came back and checked on it after I heard an unfamiliar noise. They did have to delay my scheduled appointment time.

When I called, I was trying to desperately get my hot water heater replaced after a previous technician bailed on me. Pipe It Up Plumbing was able to come over same-day, get the hot water heater replaced, and they didn't charge me a "call out" fee. Very reasonably priced for a hot water heater install (several folks quoted me over $2,000+ the price of the hot water heater and Pipe It Up Plumbing was much less than that). Had some issues with my main sewer line at home and called Pipe It Up at the recommendation of a neighbor. They were super easy to work with from the first call all the way through the job. They came out, figured out the problem, and even handled things with my insurance company. The quote they gave me was exactly what I paid, no surprises. They replaced my sewer line in a timely manner and did a really solid job. Rashad, the owner, was great to work with and very professional. I’ll definitely call them again if I need anything in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Mehdi was incredibly professional and punctual and efficient. Took the time to explain the process and also gave me a guarantee on the water flow back up I was having. Chris with Roto-Rooter did a great job with removing our old & installing a new top mount double kitchen sink with a new faucet, soap dispenser and cup rinser. He also replaced the broken hot water valve underneath the sink and removed a disconnected filtration tank. He later cleaned up the work area and placed the old sink & faucet in the garage for me; I plan to donate. Chris is very professional and patient. He had to make 2 trips to the local hardware store during rush hour traffic for items to complete the job. He also followed up with a phone call about a week after finishing the job to make sure all was still working well. The quote was free. His price was fair, the work was done well and I now have a very good reliable professional plumber I can use and refer to friends & family.

On a Friday I tried another company that we use for HVAC but they couldn’t get here until Tuesday. We couldn’t wait until then. I called Roto-Rooter and was told they’d have someone out in 2 hours. Around an hour later they showed up and made our repair. We’ve used Roto-Rooter several times in the past and always been more than satisfied.

Robert and Pablo came to my Uhaul and installed a sink and hot water heater in the shop/hitch bay. Not only were they extremley professional but equally friendly. Oh and they did a excellent job. These guys take pride in the quality of their work. I only put 5 stars cuz I couldn't put more.

Marcus came to us on a Sunday afternoon. Our kitchen drain had been clogged since Saturday afternoon. He explained thoroughly what he thought the issue was, and began working immediately to resolve it. He was thoughtful and respectful as he went about his work, and didn’t seem the least bit annoyed that I was hanging around watching him 🙂. He is a compliment to his trade, and I enjoyed having him in my home. I hope others get to receive his excellent service!
