I highly recommend Superior Mile High Plumbing for any plumbing needs, big or small. We had been having issues with our kitchen drain for a few months and when I stepped on wet carpet in the basement I finally made some calls. I called three or four plumbers for estimates and was impressed with the knowledge of Hector with the family run business of Superior Mile High Plumbing. He troubleshot our drain issue using a line camera and other equipment and then gave me a concise and clear explanation of what was going on. As this is a large job involving removing concrete, he gave me several options for the fix. I accepted his estimate and he and his crew were able to start in a day or two. Because of the need to cut and open concrete, they first put up plastic barrier walls for dust mitigation. It was a large multi day job and they cleaned up as much as possible at the end of each day. Hector also graciously fixed a couple of other minor plumbing issues he found that were not in the original estimate. Hector is very easy to talk to and I found his crew to be very courteous and professional. While this was not an inexpensive job, I thought considering the size and scope the fee was reasonable. I would definitely call Superior Mile High Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

I have been having issues with my water heater for the past few months due to it constantly gushing out water. I called a few people to come and look but no luck. Hector Frias's very prompt, professional as well as friendly and quality diagnosis and fix of my ceiling leak issue is superior keeping up with the name of the business and fully matched the superior review of his business on the review sites.
We noted water drops form on the ceiling and drop one every few seconds. Given that the condo roofs had suffered hail damage, the first suspect was roof leak. Since this was my first time with such an issue as condo owner, I never suspected that plumbing pipes can go through the ceiling. When roofers were perplexed, HOA suggested to contact plumber and it is good luck that they recommend Superior Mile High Plumbing. I checked their reviews on Google, BBB, Yelp, Angie etc. and called. Hector Frias immediately picked up and offered to provide an estimate that same night after finishing up his projects. He arrived promptly and made minimal drywall cuts to allow his video camera probe to look around and found that indeed there were 2 copper pipes and one had a pin hole leak. Water was gathering on the ceiling and had finally seeped through. Hector agreed to provide an estimate the same night and also said that if we go with him, he will prioritize a fix the next morning. He promptly provided a reasonable estimate and the next morning he did a quality fix. All through he explained everything and answered all our questions. It is such a relief to have the leak fixed and water back. Hector also recommended a drywall repair contractor who we have started working with.
I hope to not have plumbing issues in future but if we do, we will definitely go back to Hector.

Fast, accurate quote to install new water heater. Hector arrived on time, no surprise charges, the installation went exactly as planned. I already suggested my youngest brother use him when he's ready to update his water heaters. I will recommend Hector again in the future.

Hector did an amazing job doing maintenance on our water heater, replacing a toilet bowl handle, installing a new kitchen sink / faucet / garbage disposal, installing a dishwasher, and installing hammer arrestors to protect our appliances. I would suggest Hector to anyone because of the quality work and how kind and responsive he is. We are most excited about our new sink which makes a huge difference and it looks perfect!

I'm am a contractor new to the area and I was referred to Hector and his company by another trades person. Hector is very diligent in his work and doesn't take any shortcuts. He did such a great job on our first project I was comfortable referring him to my daughter for some repair work she needed completed. He is a great communicator and is very prompt with his appointments and shows up when he says he will. It was a real blessing finding him right away, now I won't have to look any further for a different plumber to hire for my remodeling.

Phenomenal support from beginning to end. We had raw sewage coming from the basement drain, unable to shower or do anything. Just a mess for a family of 5. Hector was incredibly understanding to our situation and worked to find a solution both for our budget and plumbing. We installed a brand new tankless water heater with brand new piping the beginning of Dec 2020. The pressure valve is leaking a continuous flow of water. When I phoned the office to ask about repair/replacement they said they only honor a 90 day warranty. The project is 10 months old and the replacement estimate is $650. I asked for a copy of the warranty information and it is not on the website, invoice, anywhere. Get it in writing. If not fixed ASAP we will not have hot water in the coming months. Again, a brand new system was installed 10 months ago.
