This is the second time I have utilized Pipe It Up Plumbing in the past 6 months and I am just as satisfied as the first time. Luther has been here twice and is very knowledgeable, explains things very clearly to someone who has NO idea what is going on, and gives options for resolutions. They are flexible and quick with scheduling and providing updates. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Jake at Pipe It Up went above and beyond! He did a fantastic job with our sink faucet repair! He is super knowledgeable, personable, and patient with answering questions. Highly recommend, will absolutely be requesting him in the future! Thanks to Jake & the rest of the team.

Chris and Reubin were awesome: we are doing a bathroom gut renovation and they replaced the shower valve and diverter, moved sink and created two new sink installation points, moved the tub drain and water line, and installed shut off valves. They gave us a very fair price, showed up on time, and were especially communicative and pleasant to work with. I really recommend them!

Rashad was fast and did a good job. He was able to come same day and was cool enough to give me the estimate over the phone. On top of that he was very good on price and quick with what he had to do. For sure recommending to my friends, family and neighbors!

We've found our new plumbers! We had an extensive project, making a basement bathroom from a washroom. Pipe it Up gave us a thorough and affordable quote. Viktor was our man. He had excellent communication throughout the project, was punctual and respectful throughout, and offered advice and insight when appropriate (which we needed). As well, we had numerous planning questions previous to the project and Rashad was timely and helpful with responses. We'll be using Pipe It Up again, possibly in the near future for another similarly big project.

Very happy with these guys. We just bought a new house and with it came new plumbing issues. We’ve needed them twice now, and both times they have shown up the same day we called. They worked quickly but most importantly, effectively.

Chris and Ruben were great, Ruben is new to the biz so I sat in as Chris schooled him in the lessons of plumbing. Which was great because I also understood what needed to be done. As a new home owner these guys were very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Rashad the owner came by to check out the job and he helped me to better understand the inner workings of my plumbing and what I need to look out for in the near future. I will definitely use them again and they also offer remodeling services as well.

I arrived at my mom's house this morning and there was water all over the bathroom floor and under the sink going into my basement bathroom and into my laundry room.
I searched and read reviews online and contacted Pipe it Up Plumbing. The representative I spoke with was extremely kind and set up an appointment with Luther.
Luther came out and was very thorough and made sure that the issue wasn't bigger than the water made it seem. He fixed the leak and helped me with a discount since I'm a caregiver.

I called Pipe It Up to let them know about my plumbing issue with my toilet. Rashad was here within a reasonable amount of time and was able to resolve the issue with no problem. Had all the proper parts, knowledge and responsiveness. I would recommend Pipe It Up to anybody!

If I don't know who to turn to I read reviews and feel if i read enough you can get an idea of the business and the service to be expected. It may not be 100% but it helps me in my choice of who to call. Rashad and Pipe It Up proved to be just what his reviews said. He was out to my house fast and in the promised time even though way after normal business hours. He gave me an estimate over the phone and the price was just what he said it would be. He quickly unclogged my pipes and was very professional in his work. I will keep him in mind for any future plumbing needs and not hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

These guys are awesome! I highly suggest using them for any of your plumbing jobs. I had a quote on Monday and the work was finished by 6 PM on Tuesday! This was also for a whole repipe of our house. They had all 5 employees out at one point to help complete the job. Chris and Henry are great dudes and I will only call Pipe It Up for other plumbing needs down the line.

My experience with Pipe It Up was exactly what I wanted from a plumbing company. I couldn't be more happy with Chris and TJ the installers. Juan Jimenez with Pipe It Up, LLC offered great service. He was on time and was very professional. He fixed a cartridge in my shower head and tub, now my faucets don’t drip. He also cleared a clogged in my vanity sink. He was more reliable then other plumbers that never showed up! I highly recommend Pipe It Up Services, they’re dependable and price is reasonable.

I needed a shower valve replaced. I called these people and they said they would do it for 300, which seems reasonable based on various googling. I spoke to them about making sure the price was low by putting a hole in my wall to ensure access. I called a day later to confirm the price, the size of the hole. They said 2 ft by 2ft. We scheduled 10-12. I called around 12 when no one had called or showed up. Called a few more times before 1. Finally got a call back around 1. Said the guy would be there in an hour. He showed up around 2. Looked at the valve and said 900 dollars. I called and asked why the jump, and the person on the phone said it was because she was not a plumber and didn't know the difference between a cartridge and a valve. 1. If she didn't know what a valve was, how did she know there needed to be a hole. And when I asked, she responded that most plumbing situations needed a hole... 2. Why would she be allowed to give estimates if she doesn't know plumbing?

I would highly discourage anyone from using these people. They give you a good price to get in the door, run late and then triple the estimate because they don't know plumbing.

We hired Pipe It Up Plumbing to repair our sewer line. Not only did the come out the next day to fix it, they made sure the job was done right and on time. We had sourced a lot of companies to provide bids for our project - it was a BIG project - and Rashad and his company were by far the most responsive and professional team we encountered.
