They did a great job replacing our hot water heater with a new, high quality unit, under challenging installation circumstances. Hector and his crew were thorough and efficient and finished the job on time and at the estimated price.

I have worked with several individuals who have done work on my homes over the years. Hector is one of the best! He was referred to me by my property manager for an emergent situation. He arrived the same day. Diagnosed the problem and began work immediately. Due to the scope of the issue, we agreed for him to return to install the water heater. He was honest, up front and accommodating. He was communicative, kind, understanding and polite during a stressful situation. The job took him longer than expected due to unforeseen issues and complications. Hector was diligent and continued his work despite the long day he had already put in. Hector is absolutely amazing! He is one of the most hardworking people I’ve ever met, and really goes above and beyond for his clients. I was in such a bind with my bathroom renovation, and needed a plumber to install my bathtub asap (my previous plumber canceled on me three times and totally screwed me over with my timeline of the reno) - Hector made it happen asap, and did an absolutely stellar job! I also didn’t realize that I selected the most complicated soaking tub for my bathroom, but Hector figured it out and made sure it was installed perfectly.

He was able to schedule my estimate and complete my repair within a few days and charged a very reasonable price for the project. He was efficient and easy to communicate with, and even won over my dog, who’s usually very hesitant with contractors.

Hector is the man. He came out to my residence for numerous plumbing tasks I needed done. He was right on time, listened to what I wanted done, then got it done. He was like a machine working through 5 plumbing tasks and everything was completed perfectly: installed a smart valve, installed a shutoff valve, replaced two outside spigots, and replaced my sump pump. Hector is the guy for any plumbing jobs and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
