This company was very responsive during a water emergency with my shower, and had somebody out within the hour, I wasn’t aware of the price until the technician showed up and I told him I couldn’t have him do the work for that amount because I didn’t have that much money, he worked with me on the price and got the work done in a very short amount of time. Even on a Saturday! Cannot thank this company enough.

I use this company often, they are very knowledgeable and have always provided great customer service.
I had a leak in my basement, water was all over the floor. I couldn't locate the source and the person was able to locate the leak and repaired everything .

I called him on a Tuesday for a tub leaking into my laundry room. He said to text him to confirm a time and he'll get back to me. Told me the next day at 8am that he could come by between 1-3pm. No call no show. I texted asking what time he thought he could come by. He apologized and said between 4-6. He then texted me at 5:50 saying he was 30 minutes from my house.

At 6:50 I finally told him I didn't want his services.

Much like that other 1 star review, feels like he decided my plumbing issue was too small to be worth his time.

I wish he would have just referred me to some one else. I took time off of work to be available and instead wasted 7+ hours of my day and evening.

My friend hired Luther to just simply fix a leaky pipe. Luther had since decided to steal $400 from her, and run. I can’t believe people are so awful and have the guts to steal from grieving mothers. She has lost 2 children and has enough on her plate, and does not need scammers on top of it. I don’t know where these great reviews came from, but they can’t be real. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Luther, GIVE HER BACK HER MONEY!!!

Saw lots of good reviews and the fact that he was based less than a mile from me.. Called at 10am on a Tuesday, described a basic sink issue needing repair. Said he could come by that day. I waited til 5pm and after no contact and him not showing up I and called asking if he was still planning to come. He told me he'd just spoken with me on the phone and had rescheduled, which was not the case. Must have had customers mixed up. A simple enough mistake, nothing worth being upset over. So in an effort to be accommodating, I said rescheduling was fine in any case. He offered a 3-5pm time slot the next day, I said that was great. The entire day went by and I called again at 530 to see if he was still coming. He assured me that he was, but in fact never showed up or contacted me to say he was lost or ran out of time, or anything.

Seems like he decided the small repair I needed wasn't worth his time, but couldn't be bothered to tell me he didn't want the work. Its his choice, that's fine. Just wish he would have been up front about it instead of wasting my time for two days.

Great service at a great price!! He came when all the other plumbers were too busy! He found our hidden leak and repaired and replaced our pipe that had a nail in it from our renovation. Would highly recommend and we are definitely using him again!

My apartment complex tried charging me 120 to replace my toilet cause it kept getting stopped up on a recommendation from a friend Luther came over and fixed my toilet with no problem I highly recommend him for his services thanks. In a time when it's hard to get a call back or a confirmed visit from a plumber; Luther was quick to respond and schedule service. He quickly assessed my plumbing issue and got it fixed, and was kind enough to stick around for a couple more new-homeowner plumbing questions. Will definitely use Luther and All About Plumbing and Drain for my future plumbing needs.

$325 for 20 minutes of work that didn't fix anything. When I contacted him to come back he said he would come early the next morning and call me. Neither of those things happened. I texted the next day to ask when he would be coming and he didn't respond for the entire day. The day after he apologized and asked when I was available. I had already hired someone else that actually took the time to scope and clear my drain for $200. I'm chalking it up as a learning experience trying to help a local small business owner. I paid him on Venmo and he didn't send a receipt or email or provide any record of even showing up.

I was able to use their Services 2 times in one month.

First, I had a drip leak from our Pressure Regulating Valve attached to our main water line in our basement. Luther was able to come out and fix this within an hour once he had the right parts. Since then that issue has been resolved and the water pressure in the home remained at an ideal level.

Second, the drainage PVC from our 2nd floor bathroom sink began having a drip leak, enough to have a small area of the drywall and pain bubble. Luther was able to come in within 24 hours of contacting him and fixing this issue with 2 hours.

I would recommend his services to anyone. Thus far he is 2 for 2 in leaks in my home.

Luther is an awesome guy who is now my first choice for a go-to plumber. Had a clogged toilet I couldn't get the plunger to fix, and he showed up in less than two hours from my initial call. He not only cleared the blockage, but also changed out the worn-out pump and plug in the water tank in about two hours, all for less than $425 (half for parts). Would highly recommend giving him a call!

I called around 8:30pm the night before July 4 because my tenant’s garbage disposal was broken. The tech who answered the phone talked me through how to fix it, so I drove over to the property and was able to fix it on my own. Not only did it resolve the issue easily, he called me back later to make sure it had all gone well. They have a new loyal customer now!
