Mr. White replaced two toilets and fixed two showers. One shower he did for free as the fix was real easy, but he could have easily have told me $100 or so. Budget a bit more time than one might expect for a job with him because he triple and quadruple checks problems and his work, but that is the type of plumber you really want to have. He could easily have just thrown the toilets into place and left, but that is not the type of work he does.

Mike White was very professional and understood what needed to be repaired. He also installed kitchen sink. He showed me how to turn the water off and check for leaks so I would eliminate water problems. He left my place clean without any mess. I would recommend Mike to anyone who needs a professional good plumber. He went far above what he had to do.

We called Mike to deal with a kitchen drain problem that came up on a weekend. He rearranged his schedule and came out on a Sunday to clear the drain and fix a pipe leak in the same line. In the process of investigating, Mike identified that there was no venting on the line and that the seal around our the sink had been compromised as well. He was extremely thorough and clearly explained everything, and what needed to be done to fix our primary issue (leak and drain cleaning) that day to get us up and running. We asked Mike to quote out the vent issue as well and had him come back at a later time for that. For both visits, Mike was prompt, communicated with us clearly on his expected timing, tested and retested to ensure no other leaks and left everything so clean it was as if he was never there. I highly recommend him and expect we will use him again in the future.

Michael who is the owner is a very nice guy. He answered our call this morning and was at our house and had our problem fixed by the afternoon. Almost all the other places were 3 days to a week out. Reasonable up front pricing is a big deal for me. No tricky price changing or anything like that. He fixed our hot and cold water pipes coming into the kitchen sink. The lines and handles and everything he did is a big upgrade to the cheap stuff the home builders used. He did a great job, cleaned up everything after he was done and wore the shoes covers even when walking around our home which I liked a lot. I will recommend him to my family and friends. We discovered that we had a burst water pipe leading to our hose bib. Because we found it on the weekend I was worried that we wouldn't find someone to help and if they did it would be expensive. Mike from Plunge Time came out within an hour to give us an estimate. He fixed our problem, upgraded our hose bib, and installed a shutoff valve for winterization. The work was done in a timely manner and he charged us exactly what was quoted which was very affordable! Mike also took great care with our home and left the area in the basement cleaner than he found it. He's courteous and professional. Next time that we need a plumber, we will call Mike again.
