Fantastic work, really personable gentleman.

I had a great experience working with Brian, from initial contact to completion of the job he over delivered. What started as a water heater replacement turned into a bigger job when a burst pipe within the kitchen was discovered. Even though it was outside the scope of work he quickly handled the burst pipe situation with professionalism and a customer first attitude. His pricing is more than fair, and his work ethic sets the bar for others. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him for any plumbing needs!

I had a leaking water heater and Brian came out and gave me great options to replace the unit. Not only were they great options but at a amazing price. Don't get ripped off by the big companies! Same great service here without having to spend my kids college funds. I will be calling Mac's plumbing for all my plumbing from now on.

Brian is a true master at what he dose I needed a bathroom remodeled and my toilet and vanity moved and he added a shower great guy worth every penny and reasonable priced. Would recommend to anyone.

Brian seemed nice, but I have suspicion he damaged my garbage disposal to sell me one of his.

I initially called for a low flow sink. He informed that there was sand and crap in my water and it was so jammed in there I would need a new sink. He said he was unable to blow it out. He didn’t offer me one then, which I’m okay with. He stated people like to have certain looks etc etc. He didn’t charge me for the service call if given I would call him back for the sink change once I obtained one. I agree and did exactly that.

When I called him back for the second appointment I mentioned changing my garbage disposal seals because recently I’d had to boil water to do my dishes and the paper seal on the disposal seemed to come out. It was now slightly leaking water from the top of the disposal. NEVER any leaks from the bottom. He agreed and said it would cost maybe 20 to 30 bucks. No big deal. I agreed.

Upon him coming out for the second appointment and completing the work he informs me 1. I suddenly need a whole new garbage disposal and that the leak I had is from the bottom and it’s pouring water out. And 2. The kind of disposal I have is garbage, he’d never sell those, no wonder it broke, and here’s his. He could do it right then for 450 bucks. He’d wave the 100 dollar garbage disposal seal change fee, that he went on to say he should have charged 350 for with the disposal disassembly (which was never mentioned to me) but he was giving me a deal, and he could install it right now.

I explained it never leaked from the bottom and said I think I can change a disposal. I also said I would take care of trashing the old parts and wanted to just complete the call so he could be on his way.

Finally, when completing the Square check out, on a 450 dollar plumbing call it ask IF I WANT TO TIP. Is that a joke? No. But worse yet Brian’s phone screen is broken and cracked so when I clicked no it clicked 20% instead. No sir. I had him refund that tip standing right there.

Again, seemingly really nice guy, Brian, but too many questionable happenings in that second appointment for me to recommend this company.

The sink works fine and looks good. Seemingly good install at least for that portion of my service. But honestly I’m worse off than before I called and that’s not how I want to feel after spending 450 dollars plus the cost of my sink and time. Before I called I could at least use my sink and hand wash my dishes. I can’t even use my sink now and dishes have piled up. This experience has taught me to never pay for something out of convenience if you yourself are capable of completing the task. If you want something done right, do it yourself.

Marcus handled my supply line and advised me on other outdated Flow Tite lines. Replaced a a good price. My plumber for future repairs.

Great work at a fair price!! Hired for multiple jobs including sink installs and relocation of laundry plumbing. All work is warrantied but we haven’t had any problems.

Brian was great. I was sure I needed a new shower valve. He had to see for himself to be sure. Didn't need the valve. Fixed the problem in 20 minutes, and really a fair price. I highly recommend him.

There’s nothing like coming home to 2 inches of water in your basement! My old water heater finally gave up the ghost! Brian and the Mac’s Plumbing crew came out and got me squared away in no time! In just a couple hours I had hot water and everything was cleaned up and the old heater hauled away. Great price too!

Brian is a MASTER plumber. Since moving to Denver I’ve tried several companies. Over the years, the big companies have eroded my trust. Brian has restored my faith in plumbing companies with his knowledge, transparency, and honesty. I will not go back to the larger companies and Brian has won me over as a customer for life.

We are in a new build house and suddenly one of our showers was not working. 1st company quoted me an inexplicable amount of money for services they couldn’t explain. 2nd company performed some work but didn’t fix the problem. Brian fixed the problem and was the best communicator.
