Marcus and Brian provided a quick response to my request and were able to do the work the next day. The work looks good and was affordable. I’ll call them again if we need a plumber.

Our very old water heater went out. Mac’s response time was fast and all of my questions were answered in detail. Marcus did a great job with the install. He is knowledgeable, personable and patient. Marcus went the extra mile with customer service and we will be using them in the future.

This company is a complete rip off. Charged me $390 for a kitchen line root that took only 45 minutes. Next time ill rent a machine from lowes or home depot. Avoid these scammers.

wanted over 1000 for less than one hour work. he had a bunch a big words to try and intimidate me about how it would have cost nearly 2000 if i hadn't had everything ready for him. Yikes are all plumbers this unreasonable?

One star is generous. I just needed a gas appliance moved to have the floor replaced and I was quoted $495. Called my regular maintenance guy and he charged me $65. I mean seriously!!!

My elderly parents called Arch at Drains R US to clean out the trap in the kitchen sink. He told them that he would have to get on the roof and snake out the whole system. When that didn't solve the problem he cleaned the trap like they originally asked and that solved the problem. He charged them $300! Ripping off the elderly is not good practice for any business.

With work with a company who called for their services, not only did they send out someone the NEXT DAY, but he is absolutely amazing. Quickly getting everything done, and so nice! We will be continuing to use their services and recommend everyone they can service do the same!

I called Drains R Us as I saw water in the floor drain in the basement mechanical room by the furnace and hot water heater. I figured that standing water was a sign of a blockage and that the line would need to be snaked. Arch, the owner, called on his way out and informed me from what I was saying it did not seem like the drain needed to be cleaned out and in fact had a pea trap to keep sewer gases from entering my home through the drain. He walked me though how to test his theory by pouring water down the drain and seeing if the water level returned to the same spot. Sure enough it did! Arch saved me the expense of having him come out. I will call him on any future pluming issues! Thanks for the great service!

My pipes were frozen when I woke up so I called Drains R Us to come out and look at them and Arch showed up before the expected time. Which was great because I had to get back to work. He evaluated the problem and explained it to me in depth and during that time the water actually turned back on and he was very professional and did not try and upscale me. Very pleased

I feel a strong need to reply to the response below from my original review. The $495 was to just move the washer dryer unit, yes it does have a gas line to it that needs to be capped of. The entirety of the work listed below to move all of my appliances was $2100. Get your story right if your going to combat my review. Bad customer service! And I misspoke in my previous review when I said maintenance, the $65 quotes was from a licensed contractor just to be clear.

I called these guys for an emergency pipe fix. I didn’t read their website or reviews but wow, I lucked out. Robert was amazing in explaining what happened, searching for the problem and all the repairs he was doing. He answered all my questions and even gave me tips on how to clean up/cover what he fixed. I’m over the moon with the amount of knowledge he provided us and that our issue was able to be fixed at such a last minute. Don’t wait and choose these folks for your needs. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from the reception to the maintenance.

I called for assistance with a leaking toilet in my new home. Arch came the same day and explained the problem to me. He was very courteous, professional, and did not overcharge. I am very pleased with my experience with Drains R Us.

Came home on Saturday to find water in my basement. Called around to find all the big guys were booked and would take 2 days to get out to me. Called Drains r Us was told a window they would arrive in and would receive a call before they came. Was called at the exact time I was told and Arxh arrived quickly. He looked over everything and gave me a few options. He was though and friendly. Work was done and cleaned up. Also found that he offers a military discount and is a veteran himself. Great company that I will continue to use.
