I called John early Wednesday morning, worried that we seemed to have a blockage in our sewer drain. Even though he had a full day of scheduled work, he said he would shift things around to try to accommodate me. He was at my house by early afternoon and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then cleaned the entire drain system. At my request, he came back this morning and did a sewer scope, providing me with visual evidence that our drain is in excellent shape.
John Napolitan is exceptionally knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He is good at explaining what the situation is and what he's going to do to remedy it. He's efficient and considerate of costs. He's honest. You can tell you're not getting any BS from John. What's more, he's enormously entertaining -- smart, engaging, funny. Instead of dealing with a potential nightmare situation, I had an interesting and educational experience with a guy who really knows what he's doing -- and enjoys doing it. I highly recommend him.

John is amazing! I can honestly say that he blew me away when I least expected it. I was given his name as a referral from a coworker because of the great work he did and how knowledgeable he is at his trade. Not only did he save me a ton of money, he was kind enough to guide me through the steps to fix something that was actually quite simple...and all over the phone. Most companies would have taken every opportunity to charge the maximum amount, but not John. He was very upfront about what the charges would have been but since I seemed to have a little bit of brains, he had no problem encouraging me to fix it myself. He most definitely has to be one of the most honest people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I can hands-down say that I would recommend him to anyone with a plumbing need...especially if you live near the south Aurora area.

John and his team are the best plumbers your money can buy in Denver. After our old water heater died and we got an outrageous quote from someone else, John was able to get a new unit installed within 48 hours and disposed of our old unit, for about half the price of the other guys. Texted him this week about replacing the heater in our rental and exact same story, great price, timely work, and now he's gotten us two water heaters, labor included, for less money than the other guys wanted for one. At this point we'll never have another plumber work on our house.

John is such a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommended him to anyone requiring plumbing services. I contacted him on a recommendation from a friend and I am so happy that I did. John was able to see us on the same day I called and fixed our issues quickly, thoroughly and most importantly without unnecessarily charging us for things we didn’t need. I appreciate his honesty and helpfulness and will contact him again should we need plumbing services.

I have used them for a couple things. One was a sink drain clog issue and one was for routing sewer line maintenance. He was very clean both times and my plumbing is working great.

John is an honest and hardworking plumber. He will try to find the least expensive way to fix a plumbing issue and he communicates through the project. Even when a major repair has to be done such as replacing a manifold behind the tile, he takes every step to be the least disruptive to the cosmetics and will also be meticulous to the end of his work. At the end, at least for my project, it looked like there was never such repair. John takes pride in his work and I recommend him unequivocally to anyone needing plumbing services and will use him again. Thank you, John!
