Solid 5 stars. Although I couldn't find what I was looking for (i.e. a very specific 90 yr old fitting), they did their best to help. I was not their customer this time, but will be next time.

crooks! Had them check out a water heater at my disabled elderly moms house. Charged 80.00 to tell her she needed a new water heater for 1700.00! Got a second opinion, thankfully because all it needed was a thermocoupler replaced, 7.50 plus labor from second guy. This place is a rip off preying on elderly people. Shame on you!

I’m new to the area and recently purchased a pretty wonky home. The prior owner fancied himself a DIY guy, except he took that to extend beyond his abilities. Consequently I had faucet handles that spun 360, hot and cold lines reversed, and other questionable plumbing issues. Stan of Huddleston Plumbing was fantastic in fixing all of them for me. He was upfront in what he saw the problems to be, what it would take to fix them, and the amount it would cost. He worked hard to make sure the job was done right and in a timely fashion. I’d highly recommend them!

Well the shower fixtures from 1983 and I looked around and a home depot associate told about huddleston plumbing and they had exactly what I was looking for. The staff there were very helpful and friendly. Their prices are very fare as well when it comes to the hard to find plumbing parts. Now I know where to go for those hard to find parts.

Pete was professional, timely, and friendly. Took care of the plumbing issues quickly. Reasonable cost! We will use Huddleston again!

Our sump pump gave up after the 5 inches of rain last week. We called Huddleston and they sent a polite serviceman who replaced the pump quickly. The rain continues and I've heard the pump kick on and our basement is still dry as a bone. Fast, quality work for a reasonable price. Thank you.

Update.....
A contractor is more than a good attitude. Every faucet that Brian replaced (one was replaced twice) leaked like a sieve. Plumbers are supposed to know How to solve leaks, not be good to make NEW LEAKS. Because of the very polite Brian, owner of Huddleston plumbing, I eventually had a huge repair issue involving two bathrooms, a new plumber and a contractor for putting the wall back together. Total nightmare.
Oh well.

I texted John at 10 pm with an issue with my sewer drain being clogged (roots getting into the pipes). John managed to come early in the next morning. That was a blesssing since we could not use any water in the house, flush or take a shower...
He did an amazing job (as usual). The clog is gone. Our pipes are clean.
It was fast and efficient. It is always a huge relief when you find a great professional who can come to your house quickly, do a fantastic job and for a decent price. I cannot recommend John and his company more.

John was responsive, able to get us in quick. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Happy with his service and will definitely be using him for any other plumbing needs we have.

John was all around great. I had a clogged basement drain that needed to be fixed. John answered the phone when I called, gave me an estimate on what he thought the issue was and how long it would take to fix, and how much it would cost in the end. He was able to get to the house a short time later and cleared the drain promptly. I even asked if he could look at another small plumbing issue while he was there and he fixed that as well. All in under an hour! Highly recommended - and I would use again for sure!

John has helped us a couple of times now and anyone would be lucky to have him in their corner!! He is so knowledgeable and great at communicating things. He is straight to the point, honest, and shows up or contacts you when he says he will. Plumbing problems are such a headache and John comes right in and fixes everything fast. Drain’s Great was incredible - saved me a ton of money and did excellent work. Don’t call Roto-rooter or Applewood, get John and his team there first!

John, the owner, has always been reliable and prompt every time he has come to perform a preventative sewer line cleanout out for me over the past several years. I'm glad to have found him.

I had John come over yesterday to fix a kitchen line and basement sink clog. He was here over three hours and charged me $500 (discounted from $650) and did not even fix the problem. I was able to get my regular fellow (Jimmy Rooter) out today and he fixed it very quickly. John had fixed this problem a few years ago but I am completely disappointed and very unhappy about what happened yesterday and would recommend staying away from this company.
