Fair, fast, good, and a joy to work with--- good people! Have needed them several times over the last 5 years for sewer clean-out, sewer video, sewer line repair, sewer line replacement, laundry/kitchen line replacement, leaking pipes, bathtub faucet replacement, outside spigot replacement, water heater replacement.

I have used this company several times and have always been pleased with their service. Don the technician, was very professional and performed a thorough clean up of the work area. Don wore his PPE and was extremely polite. I will definitely recommend Big Dog and "Don" to my neighbors and friends.

The only thing amazing about this company is their pricing. They quoted us $2000 to replace two sump pumps, said our spare pump wouldn't work. We had a previous invoice from another plumber for $400 from a previous replaced pump. The same primary pump sells for $169 at Home Depot. They said they would get back to us with another quote, and never did. We purchased the pump from Home Depot and our spare pump worked fine. We replaced both for $169! Not only are they a rip off, this is more like extortion!

I hired Big Dog to fix a clogged drain at a rental property. They came to the house five times with four different technicians, and the sink is worse than when they started. The initial plumber who arrived (Jose) on December 10th was great. He told me how he could fix the clog but suggested that we re-plumb to avoid the issue reoccurring. We agreed to this project, and we scheduled a date for him to come back and do the job. However, on the scheduled date, a different plumber arrived, and he had NO IDEA of anything Jose had said. He, too, was only there to assess the issue. Because of this, I got the owner (supervisor) involved (Donald). I asked that Donald come to the house, so he and the new plumber came back and assessed the issue. They made a recommendation, and we scheduled a date for the service. However, when that date arrived, they determined they could not actually follow through with the plan due to the design of the duplex (shared plumbing) that wasn't a huge deal. He told us he would "put everything back to the way he found it." However, he didn't do so. The next time my tenant used the sink, there was water all over the floor. We had to have them come back a fifth time, and if you can believe it, the problem persists. They were rude (other than Jose) and defensive (understandably due to the low quality of their work). I have a different company coming back to fix their mistakes this weekend. Avoid this company.

Big dog plumbing is a great company!! I have been working with them for about 3 yrs now and there is nothing they cant handle. Give Big dog a call you will not be disappointed oh and did I mention the prices 🙏!! Fast/friendly/effective/professional!!! BIG DOG IS THE REAL DEAL!.

This company is an amazing company. They are very knowledgeable, and very friendly. They are family owned, and extremely trustworthy. I had a mainline sewer repair, and a tight time frame. Carlos and his team were on it! I wish I could give more stars, this company is truly 10 out of 10. There is no need to look any further for your needs.

I have called Big Dog for years and have been very happy with their service. Today Alex came to snake and power wash a drain. He was such a pleasant technician and worked on the line until he knew it was cleaned. Have had overall great experiences with this company.

This company couldn’t unclog our main drain. They’re only interested in tearing up the street buyer beware we just had Colorado sewer come out and they cleared it in 10 minutes. Colorado Sewer

Quick after hour response. Technician took his time and was diligent about the job that needed to be done. Did not stop until he Successfully unclogged our older home pipeline. Resolved the issue same night . Highly recommend to anyone in need of emergent/Maintenance services. Thank you for all your help!

Had our water off while doing maintenance at our townhouse for nine hours. When talking with them in person they're very unfriendly and unapologetic. When calling the company on the phone after 7 hours the response was 5 more minutes every time. Cheap labor will inevitably cost you more in the long run.

Big Dog Rooter has been absolutely amazing to work with! When we bought a new house, we knew there was a sewer line repair and used Big Dog to take care of it. They did an excellent job! We were so happy with them that we’ve used them for every other plumbing need! They are kind, thoughtful, and honest. Could not be happier with their quality of work!

Carlos, Eric, and everyone at Big Dog Rooter is so helpful and knowledgeable!! My mom has called Carlos for years, and he and his coworkers are always great. Great work on a big job. Donald and his crew worked quickly to repair a major block in our sewer line. He provided a written bid and 2 separate options for repairing the line. We appreciated his upfront assessment of the situation without pressure. Because it was as an expensive repair he quickly provided references. Once we approved his team set to the task of making the repair within 24 hours at a reasonable price to us. The crew did a good job cleaning up the area in our basement after the repair. We feel certain that other companies would not have made this happen. The discovery and diagnosis of the problem took about 72 hours and I believe that is the current reality of the plumbing trade that is short handed. But our experience with BiG DOG was that they stayed in constant communication with us updating us with time of service and technician changes that were warranted by the growing backed up sewer line. I believe they took the necessary steps in advance including attempts to rotor out the line to ensure that we didn’t incur unnecessary plumbing work, but ultimately after they ran a camera through the sewer line we ended up with the worst case scenario of a blocked sewer line. We highly recommend Donald and BIG DOG.

Don’t look any further. I needed my mainline completely replaced. Carlos and his crew came out to give me an estimate and a few days later they were able to complete the job. I got estimates from 17 other plumbers NONE of them were as good a deal as Big Dog. Crew was punctual, efficient and clean. Ive already recommended them to friends. Extremely happy with the service I got from this business.
