Made a last minute change due to defective parts I order else where.I was in a desperate situation . I spoke with Jasmine who took care of work my order and invoice and traveled down to the warehouse on E 19th . It was minutes from closing and Oscar came in to save the day. He not only helped me get my order and parts but him and his team showed great customer service . If I could give Oscar more than five stars, I would . Thanks Oscar and the Ferguson team !!!

I'm at will-call at least 6 times a week picking up for jobs that need immediate attention and I have to say Ramon, Romana, Chad and Mo have to be some of the quickest and most attentive people ive seen in the industry. Always getting me out the door to the next job with confidence and smile that everything is what I need when I need it. Thank you guys!

Tyler Martin went above & beyond to help us out. We checked on a W/H in CO Springs & they had it in Aurora. We called he helped locate the water heater & waited for us coming in from Colorado Springs. He waited & assisted with the warranty! Thank you for your help & professionalism! GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

Needed a Taco recirc pump, couple of guys behind the counter tried to help me find the flange assembly but no luck because it's not sold separately which the main number said it was, now I understand why. Then I decided to get the whole pump which took another 15 minutes after they retrieved the wrong one I was good. Next surprise was the price, $525 with tax! This is $175 more than multiple places online charging full retail. Gotta feel sorry for the poor retail customer right ? Not a chance....

Called Mr. Rooter when our sewer backed up into our basement. Will showed up 90 minutes after I called, assessed the issue and cabled the main sewer line, fixing the issue. Will was professional, explained what was going on, worked quickly and made sure to not make a mess.

Corey was excellent! He identified our issue and worked efficiently to get it fixed. I was very impressed and appreciative!

The guy this sent out named Daunte Toliver, at or around 12:00pm wouldn't stop trying to resolve the issue. He worked on it until almost 4:00pm. Even though the issue didn't get resolved this man tried his best and didn't give up. There needs to be more people that are like him. The only thing that will probably unclog our drain is a pressure washer with so much psi.

Made an early call today after a bit of panic, for a main line drain backup - thanks to the stubborn root growth, and within no time Corey Foster was at the doorstep with a truly polite manner. He waisted no time getting the drain cleaned out for us. I appreciate Corey’s readiness, kindness and quick response to our call.

technicians were very professional and stayed until the issue was resolved.

Good job, very timely, drain unclogged. One small downside is that the unclogging tool leaves lots of scratches on the bowl.
