We called ADP and Andre came out that same day. He installed a new water heater and got us hot water within 5 hours. I recommend ADP Maintenance they are very professional and get the job done.

Once the service professional is actually at your house, their work is efficient and professional.

But, scheduling appointments and getting ahold of this company when they don’t show is a NIGHTMARE. I have a claim with Choice Home Warranty that they were supposed to come and fix today from 9-12. No call to explain delay, they don’t answer the phone when I call. It’s 12:30 so my guess is that they will not be coming. This also happened when the company came out to take photos to see if choice would cover the issue. Time frame of 11-3 and I sit around all day waiting for them. They show up at 3:30 after I was just leaving my house to run an errand. No ring back tone when you attempt to call them so it’s almost impossible to know if you are even getting through to the company. Voicemail full. Don’t wait your time with this company.

Update: One of the owners of the company, Katie was able to help me. Andre was able to come out within the hour, which was around 2PM to fix the problem.

So friendly, and knowledgeable! We metADP from a home warranty referral and now will only use them whenever possible. Andre is a very resourceful plumber and we are so lucky to have his help on our extensive plumbing issues.

Andre does a decent job but that's about the best thing I can say about this company. We needed some toilet flush adjustments and a toilet tank replaced but it became a month long ordeal, that took 4+ appointments of "your technician will be there between 12pm - 4pm". Communication was a huge issue and agreeing on the smallest things was another challenge as well.

We had a leak under our sink that I was unable to fix myself. Andre and Katie were great to work with. My wife and I have crazy schedules but Katie was so patient with us to get the work scheduled. Andre fixed our problem quickly. He was informative and professional. Very nice folks. Will definitely call ADP the next time we need a plumber. Thank you for fixing us up!

Great experience with the showroom staff. They're very knowledgeable, personable, and willing to work within any budget to come up with great suggestions for any project from the pedestrian to the extravagant.

Also, it's nice to be able to see many of the fixtures and finishes in person that you can't find at the big box DIY stores.

As a remodeling contractor- Winnelson has been the best. Bridget is super helpful & knowledgeable, about not just plumbing fixtures & faucets, but how it all works. Ive been working with Bridget for years and everything always comes out 100% correct. My clients always have positive comments about working with her, which makes us look good.
