Philip was an awesome guy, very quick, professional, honest, and fairly priced. The job took a bit longer than previously stated because my shower was pretty messed up and her didn't have the part he needed...BUT when the part showed up it took him probably not 30 minutes to fix it. George and Almundo came out did an amazing job did an inspection and actually went above and beyond as far as checking out to see what was going on and also gave me some pointers on things that I need to be looking for and look at. Excellent job guys.

Terrible. Arrived 2 hours after the window of time they gave me. The technician claimed he fixed the clog but he did not. We called back within 30 minutes and were told we would have to purchase a scrubbing treatment if we wanted them to come back the same night. We said no and they said they would come back the next day between 12 and 4. When they called to say they would be late again. The person on the phone was rude and she hung up on us when we told her that we didn't feel it was appropriate to charge us $250 for literally nothing and wanted to speak with a supervisor. We cancelled our check and found someone else who fixed the clog in 20 minutes and only charged $200. He told us that this Anywhere Rooter was unethical in what they did. I would not recommend them!

Cordero was incredibly helpful, polite, professional, and efficient in his visit today to our house on 2151 S Gilpin. It was a complicated issue and he was very patient. Huge thanks to him!

Whitt came out and snaked the line in the kitchen. It didn't clear the line. He recommended hydro jetting but the cost was $1250. That seemed too expensive. He talk to the office and came down in $$. We had it done and Whitt did a great job. He was easy to work with and talk to. No pressure.

Do not waste your time with this company. If I could give them zero stars, I would without hesitation.

All we needed was a sewer scope inspection for our new home. When we called Anywhere Rooter, we were greeted by a receptionist who told us they were running a special and could get it done the same day for around $70–$90. She clearly stated that keeping the camera footage would be an extra $250, but since we didn’t expect any issues, we declined.

That phone call was the first and last positive experience we had with this company.
They proceeded to no-show not once, but twice, for two separate 4-hour appointment windows. That’s eight hours of sitting at home waiting for absolutely nothing. I don’t even have an issue with this at first because I realize stuff happens. It was the lack of customer service that came next that really frustrated me.

The day after they were originally supposed to come, I finally got a call around 1pm informing me — with zero hesitation — that the inspection would actually cost over $300. When I explained how unacceptable it was to waste our entire day only to be told we were misquoted, the receptionist couldn’t have cared less. She was rude, dismissive, and didn’t even attempt to apologize. Instead, she told me, “Well, I’m just letting you know that when the technician shows up he will be expecting $300.”

The level of unprofessionalism was honestly shocking. No accountability, no empathy, not even the decency to admit they’d made a mistake.

I can’t speak to the technicians because we never even got that far. But based on the customer service alone, I would strongly recommend staying far, far away from this company.

I could not be more impressed!keenan and Danny is ABSOLUTELY phenomenal!! Not only did they take the time out of their day to show me the problem, they also explained the process on how to get it fixed and in a timely manner. They were absolutely brilliant and the sweetest gentleman ever!!!

Arthur was amazing he showed up early and on time and was very quick. Not only did he provide excellent service, Arthur was also very friendly and matched a previous quote I had from another company. I can’t say enough good about Arthur and this company, if you’re looking for affordable and quality work this is the place. They have built a lifetime customer.

My main water shutoff valve was leaking last night. I googled 24 hour plumbing. After calling anywhere rooter they informed me of the $265 service fee that would be applied to the work, they dispatched a technician. When the tech arrived he determined that he didn’t have the parts to fix the leak. What plumber doesn’t carry a 1/2” valve? The tech wasn’t able to shut off the water at the street either. The tech told me he would mark my job as an emergency and to expect a technician around 8:00 AM first thing. At 9:00 AM I called the office. They told me there is a 4 hour window. I told them the tech informed me I would be the first service call. I noticed anywhere rooter has horrible reviews and many complaints on yelp and other search engines. I asked if they would refund me the service fee. The representative told me there is a 50% cancellation fee. The representative told me they would contact the technician to find out why they couldn’t preform the work and call me back. They never called back. I called and was directed to a supervisor. I explained that no work was preformed and I would like a refund. The supervisor said the fee is non refundable. I began to explain that the technician couldn’t fix the problem and they promised a service call around 8:00 AM. The supervisor began talking over me. I said excuse me, I was talking. The supervisor then hung up on me. The dispatch called later and said there was a technician on the way at 10:51 AM but said it looks like I requested to cancel. I said yes please cancel the call. I am now disputing the fee with my credit card company. I will never call anywhere rooter again. What’s the point of a 24 hour service that doesn’t have basic common parts to service after hours? Garbage company service and attitude.

Anywhere Rooter did a wonderful job, they came immediately when are hot water heater went out very unexpectedly and I smelled gas. I called at 4:00 a.m. and they were able to come between 6:00 and 10:00 a.m and immediately started to drain it to put in the new one. George installed the new one The following day and got everything up to cide. He did a fantastic job and did so all by himself in just under 2.5 hours I might add. I would definitely recommend using them and will be using them again. Thanks guys!
