He was very professional and communicative from start to finish, his bid was competitive with other quotes we received, and he checked in with us a few days after the installation to ensure that everything was working correctly. I was satisfied overall with the service the technician provided. However, I would have preferred to retain the copper T&P discharge pipe from our previous hot water tank, rather than have the PVC discharge pipe. Also, the large original box the new hot water tank came with was left in our driveway, and now I have to take it to a recycling center. After speaking to a manager about my review they removed the box and provided me with a copper PVC discharge pipe that were pleasing to my concerns and changed my rating. It is good to see that there are businesses who really want to please their customers. Thank you.

I had to buy a new water heater and they sent out a gentleman named Andon He was absolutely amazing very professional polite, kind, and got the work done very quickly installed a new water heater in my condo. Explained everything to me set up the appointment with the inspector to come and have the water heater inspected I highly recommend anybody using this company For water heaters best decision we have ever made.
