I had an outstanding experience with Water Heater Colorado. My 10-year-old gas water heater in Denver was failing, and Andon was the first of several companies I called out for an evaluation. I was considering switching from a gas tank to a tankless system, but Andon was the only one who took the time to thoroughly assess my home’s setup. After a detailed inspection, he explained clearly - and honestly - that my configuration wouldn’t support a tankless system without major modifications, whereas other companies had given me incomplete or incorrect advice.
Andon’s honesty, transparency, and professionalism truly set him apart. His pricing was fair and reasonable, and the quality of his work replacing my gas water heater tank was excellent. It’s refreshing to work with someone so trustworthy and knowledgeable. I would use Water Heater Colorado again with zero reservations and highly recommend them to anyone needing water heater service or replacement.
