Andon replaced my T&P relief valve that had been leaking. He finished a professional job within 20 minutes. He’s very knowledgeable and shared insight on routine maintenance. Highly recommend.

Andon showed up at my house right when he said he would be there and that was less than 2 hours after I called. He had everything when he showed up. None of that "OH i need to go to the supply house" junk. Very nice, very professional. In and out in about 2 hours and that included walking me through everything he did. Price was also extremely reasonable. I'll be using them for any future plumbing.

Andon replaced our water heater and gave a thorough rundown of the upgrades we needed in order for it to pass inspection. He took the time to ensure we understood the importance these upgrades. Excellent service. Very professional. Five stars.

I ordered a 75 gallon water heater through Lowe's. The guys got here and measured, showed me the measurements, then told me exactly why they wouldn't be able to make it fit. They then went back to Lowe's and got me a 50 gallon in a better brand. They were able to haul out the old one, install the new one, and still make it under the allotted time. The city inspector came today and was in and out in under 5 minutes because the installation was done so well. This was a great experience! Shout out to my installers for going above and beyond. I think one was Andon but I don't know the other one's name.

We contracted to replace 2 water heaters through Lowes. Andon arrived and did his inspection and talked us out of the second electric heater swap into a gas heater, noting we'd need to either add a new gas line or replace quite a bit to get the diameter up-to-code for an additional gas heater (either way, ripping out dry wall all the way to our gas meter). He got us an updated invoice, and had the one necessary gas heater swap done in in just a couple hours.

Marian did a fantastic job installing our new water heater! He was efficient and thorough and took the time to put drop cloths on our carpet. Very friendly as well and it passed inspection first time.

I had the chance to have Merian to swap out our old water heater for a new one, and I can’t recommend him enough. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end.

First off, Merian is seriously professional and dependable. He showed up right on time, which is a solid start. He kicked things off by thoroughly checking our old setup and the space for the new unit, explaining everything clearly.

The installation was done with clear expertise and speed. It was obvious he knows what he’s doing. What really stood out, though, was his excellent customer service. He was polite, respectful of my home, and had a good sense of humor that made the whole experience easy.

After installing the new water heater, he took the time to explain how it worked. He provided solid advice on maintenance to keep it running well. He didn’t rush through it; he genuinely wanted to make sure I understood everything.

And when he finished, he left the place spotless—better than he found it. No mess left behind, just a great new water heater and a satisfied customer.

Needed to replace my old water heater before winter and Marian was our technician, he went straight to work and installed my brand new water heater quickly. Quality work. Now I don’t have to worry about not having hot water during this winter season. Thank you
