Purely by coincidence both of my toilet’s was rings crapped out and started leaking at the same time! Whitt came and fixed both of them quickly. He was personable, professional, and did a great job with a quick turnaround. Highly recommend!

Cordero works for Anywhere Rooter. He came out after hours to fix our plumbing problem that took place at a 24 hour restaurant. He was very professional and worked over 9 hours on our sewer lines. I didn't catch his co-works name but they both put in the time and the work. I am very much appreciative of their time and effort.

I called Anywhere Rooter in the evening because my water heater stopped working and within 2 hours, one of their highly skilled technicians, Kimball, came over and had it fixed in minutes, and then answered all kinds of questions for me—extremely knowledgeable and generous. The price and service were excellent. Highly recommend!

Kyron was incredibly thorough. He explained everything as he proceeded along. Wonderful manners, and very thoughtful of cleanliness of my home: with wearing new shoe covers as he went out each time and also had covers on the wheels of the snakemachin, which I have never had a company do this before. Since I have original Hardwood Floors, that was important to me to maintain. . He has very respectful spoken manners as well. Blue sky is very blessed to have hired him. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend blue sky!

Whitt came down today to help us with our plumbing (unfortunately our toilet wasn’t working great and somehow brown water was coming up from our shower drain) and within an hour he was able to clear up our pipes and get us back in business! He was very helpful in explaining how clogs like this happen, and how over time waste compounds to create what he described as “level 3 sludge” which I got a kick out of. He recommended getting a hydro-jet service sometime soon to make sure we fully clear the pipes, and gave a reasonable quote for what that would look like! He also helped arrange a technician to come down and scope our pipes so we could really get to see what’s going on there, and at no additional cost. Bonus points for being sweet to my old man dog while he was here. If we find ourselves in another plumbing bind, I know who I’ll be calling!

This has been the very worse experience I’ve had in my entire life that I was forced to recant the positive review for this company. Although, I continue to thank you both George and Cordero, initially.

Every encounter after deserve a negative 100, this is a scam, scam, scam!!! I highly suggest to anyone. First do your research, read the reviews, get a second opinion!!! Do not fall for the bull crap like I did cause you will regret it so badly! This company has caused such hardship on my life and I have expressed this by placing over 50 phone calls just to ask for a breakdown of the charges for a $17k bill, and if I were to receive then my insurance could cover some of the charges. This has been going on since November 2025 it is now March 2026, and even after being told by the manager Lindsay that they do work with insurance and have knowledge of what information is needed to help with the repair charges. You have the sales guy Joseph sitting at your kitchen table acting like he’s sympathizing with you, promise a price of $7k which you’ve already paid $2k, so now you to take a loan of $5k with Greensky that they partner with, then he sits there and give you another price after starting the repairs and tell you it’s now $9k and you redo the loan for $7k, then he over hear you having a conversation with your insurance and realize you have a10k coverage for access and the bill jumps an additional 10k!!!!! Total $17k!! He will tell you in order to get the repairs done you must first take out a loan and your insurance will pay their part once the work is complete. So, now I’m $17k in debt and for the life of me unable to get a simple charge for the access breakdown that my insurance company is asking for in order to pay at least $10k. The only thing that comes to my mind is I was scammed! I am so very emotional, upset and can not understand how people can be so deceitful. My conclusion is the reason this company will not provide the insurance what they’re requesting is this ITS A SCAM!!! and overly charge, point blank!!! I have all my documentation, recordings and very ready for any action to be brought against this company. This is not ok, and the rudeness you experience with the manager Lindsay, when she is available to talk, it is over the top! Lindsay the manager is not helpful at all, she talk over you, she is so argumentative when you ask a question she will deflect, you ask to speak to someone else in authority, like her manager, who do you work for Lindsay? can I speak to that person? and you get, the buck stops here with me attitude. This company needs to be investigated, I can go on and on and on. I’m not gonna stop here, I will bring the light to this scamming business and that is definite!

George and Almundo were honestly awesome. I had a massive leak happen overnight in my guest bathroom. I called their 24/hr number around 1am, a guy came by to take a look at 3am, and by 1:30pm that afternoon everything was perfectly fixed. Guys were super friendly and genuine….also, I am a real customer and voluntarily leaving this review. I am often super skeptical of businesses I’ve never heard of from a friend or businesses that involve charging for skilled labor, but these guys are the real deal and I was happy to leave this review. Please send me an email if anyone reading this is ever curious.

On June 23, 2025, I met with a sales person from Anywhere Rooter after my water heater failed during a cold night. He capped the unit, and during that visit I requested replacement of my two AprilAire 600 humidifiers and agreed to the installation of a new Bradford White water heater. I received a single estimate for $5,200 with no breakdown of parts or labor.

After the work was performed, I later called the office and was verbally told that $2,162.99 was charged for the replaced water heater (still under warranty) and $3,120 for the humidifiers. Total expenditure was $5282.99. Despite multiple phone calls and three emails beginning in June 2025, I was never provided with a final invoice.

To be clear, I agreed to the total price and paid it in full. My concern was not the price, but obtaining standard documentation: a paid invoice, warranty information, and confirmation of the equipment installed in my home. For homeowners, this documentation is important because it provides a record of the work performed and the warranty coverage for equipment installed in the home if issues arise later.

I attempted to resolve this directly with the company before I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in August 2025. Anywhere Rooter’s final response in October 2025 was that the estimate should be considered the receipt and that they do not provide itemized invoices. I’ve attached the document the company stated should be considered my “receipt.” As shown, it is simply an estimate with no itemized breakdown of parts or labor.

Since then, another licensed company has worked on my water heater issues, installed a thermal expansion tank that Anywhere Rooter quoted as required but did not install, got the new humidifiers functioning properly, and replaced the old AprilAire filters with new ones that were not previously provided. They also provided a detailed invoice for all the work done with photos and a proper breakdown of expenditures.

Based on my experience with delayed responses and lack of documentation from Anywhere Rooter, I would not use them again and would not recommend them.

I had to get my washer hookups as well as my main water shutoff valve replaced due to corrosion and old age. They were extremely quick to respond, and Arthur came out the same day to replace them with absolutely no issues. He made quick work of the main water shutoff valve, keeping me aware of costs throughout the process. George then came out then next day to finish the washer box, also making quick and efficient work of the faulty valves. Everything looks super clean and solid. I highly recommend their services and work.

cordero did a great job we had a great experience with him.He was on time, professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The installation was done efficiently, and everything works perfectly now. I truly appreciate the quality of service and would highly recommend him.

Keenan did an outstanding job with the camera inspection. He was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and provided recommendations for next steps.

The installers Keyshawn & George were also a pleasure to work with. Very impressed with their work.

HOWEVER

The front office did not have me impressed. I was rescheduled multiple and it was not easy working with front office staff. I do not appreciate the tones used in the conversations we had. Gentlemen were excellent , front office not so much. Thanks again guys !
