This location tends to have everything I need, but it always takes at least 30 min just to check out. There is not enough counter staff to efficiently check people out. Pay your staff more and hire more. I'm presently sitting in line and it's been an hour of waiting cause one employee is expected to service dozens of contractors.

Not a showroom. This is in the middle of nowhere. For professionals only. Poor website and nobody answers the phone. Wasted a morning

Missed appt by 3 hours due to shutting for bad weather. Would not work me in at all and said I had to wait on it for 10 days for the next appt. Never heard of waiting 10 days for a new appt. Will Never come here again.

Great staff, quick services and had what I needed for a good price

Life savers. Had a furnace igniter in stock, able to look it up from the model number of my furnace. Also had a special PVC cutting tool in stock when it was a "ship only" part from the big box home improvement stores.

This is the LAST time I give ferguson another chance!!
If you don't know that a 10" filter is not compatible with a 20" housing, maybe you shouldn't be in this industry. If you can't tell the difference between 3/4x3/4 and 1x3/4, maybe you shouldn't be in this industry!
I don't care if I'm working 5 minutes from a ferguson, I will go to Rampart or SPS!!
They used to be pretty good. I kept going to ferguson in spite of ALL of my fellow techs told me how unreliable and expensive they were.

If delivering its by strict appointment and you best not be late. Once at a door they will get to you when they feel like it. Expect a long wait while they pick belly button lint.

Ordered parts the day before pick up. If you’d like to get out of here by 945am please come at 630am (opening). LOLOLOL.

Update:waited an hour and a half for 2 inch pressured pvc. I ordered yesterday. Who’s running this place?

No overnight parking. If you're 2 hours late/ early, you'll be denied. Must bring in ID. Plenty of room to dock. Reciever is on the farthest end from the road, shipping is closest. Haven't been unloaded yet. If its more than an hour, I'll update review.

Update- 2 hours for 107 water heaters and thats with a paddle truck.

Update-showed up 1.5 hours before my appointment time. They changed the 2 hour policy, its now down to 30 minutes. Reciever was super nice and said i could hang out here until 1030 and check back in. He said he would've put me in a dock but was expecting another truck so he couldnt.

1 start is too much for this company you worth 0. We were late 30 min for delivery, it was Tuesday and they couldn't accept the load until next Monday, we even notified them that we might be late.
You guys live on another planet, and you are the worst company.
For carriers, do not be late, they dont care if you have mechanical problems, stuck in traffic or snow, be on time, or don't go there.

For flatbed truckers who are delivering here. There are no signs once you get behind the gate to tell you where to go. Pull through the gate. There are arrows showing directions. Flatbed drivers you need to pull around the back of the building once inside the gate. You will park where all the dry van docks are to check in with receiving. You need to pass up all the forklifts unloading outside where a flatbed driver would usually go. Bring in your ID when you are checking into receiving. After you check in, you need to find a way to turn around and go back where you entered from. Due to 98% of the docks being full I needed to go out another auto gate, drive through 4 wheeler parking and back around where I originally entered and get buzzed back in. It’s not set up good at all for flatbed drivers who get unloaded with a forklift. Once done the forklift driver Trent had me unloaded in just a few minutes without having to wait at all and was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The setup for flatbed could be far better . It’s a brand new facility and you can tell if wasn’t well thought it. If they put a few signs up to give you just a little instruction, it would go a long way.

This place used to unload in a timely fashion. The last two times I've been here it's been well over the two hour limit. If you are going to ask drivers to be prompt for appointments try to unload us faster.

*strict on appointments* I just rolled in had appointment at 10 am they let me in at 9 am, the guy at the receiving was professional and nice and helpful. Dropped and hooked and left in 15 mins.

I came in ordered 3 wrenches, pipe dope and a 3/4" 2PSI gas regulator. The counter guy told me the back would bring it up. I sat there for an hour, watching 4 other people come and go with their orders. I asked him it it usually takes this long, he said there system was messed up. Come to find out the regulator is on the show room floor up front where he was. This was a huge waste of my time with no reconciliation or remorse for wasting my time

Worst customer service ever! Terry, gave me attitude, making me feel like I dont know what I'm talking about. Made me feel uncomfortable! If you will have a person upfront to take care of business please change her!! Was going to be a new customer but will not be anymore . Thanx for showing real colors.

Do not recommend this location at all. They will take literally hours to pull your order. I’ve tried this location multiple times and they love to waste your time. Not sure if it’s their ancient computer system they use or what it is but they will have you standing around looking foolish. You can probably order something online and get it shipped to your jobsite before those guys bring out your order. Go somewhere else

WORST experience ever! Front desk folks couldn’t help because they aren’t plumbers…ok, got it. No other customers in store. Asked for me to wait for ‘Harry’ who was in meeting. One female never spoke to any customer the entire time I was there. Just watched them and chewed her gum. Kid I spoke to was first day on counter and other guy didn’t speak English well. He did ask what shower pan I have and when I told him the brand of shower pan, he didn’t know that you sold it (but on Google, you do sell it) and my contractor verified that’s where he purchased it. 25 min more waiting on Harry and I asked if I could ask a plumber customer…sure, if you can find one in store….gentleman came up waiting to check out and said he was indeed plumber, ordered his part and while they retrieved it for him, I showed him my pics and what I brought with me. Yes ma’am, and told me what I needed and the tool and that it comes in a kit…YAY! Gentleman showed clerk what I needed and they went to get it. After another 30 min, kid comes back with a totally wrong part and I said no, it has to be this size to which the almost non English speaking desk clerk says, oh we’re out of that one! Mind you, he NEVER went and looked for it, never pulled it up on his computer or anything. OMG, what? I thought I’d just explode on the spot! An hour wasted and still can’t get what I need to fix shower nor did Harry ever show up. I am beyond furious! Do not recommend this store. And, in addition, 8 folks now waiting to check out (I moved near door to wait for Harry) but none of the 3, now 4 clerks checked them out. One guy finally put his stuff on counter and left. Horrible customer service. Hope to the plumbing Gods that I never have to go back! Thankful for the plumber customer though.

Great place! I showed up at 0730 for 0800 appointment. Receiving told me to back into the door when the other driver pulled out. By the time I had slid my axles he was gone

Nice lication... 530am gates will be able to get access thru, live unloads starts at 6am,once checked in..""""" NO NO NO ON SITE OVER NIGHT PARKING!!!""" Receiving Hours """ 6am to 12pm """!!!!!!! Must have an appointment here, plus adding noted in pictures .Need I.D to check in at reveiving.. once giving a dock door, proceed to it, bck in & waite for green light. PULL FORWARD TO GET UR COPIES OF THE B.O.L .....Receiving office has restrooms to be noted, so most location now days don't have access to them..
