I needed the underground pipes to be fixed due to them breaking. My front yard had to be torn up to get to the broken pipes. Mike’s team fixed the pipes within a couple of hours. And my front yard looked like they didn’t dig eleven feet underground to get to the pipes. They carefully moved plants and boulders in the area they needed to dig and put everything back once finished .

No mess in the yard. Thank you to the team that worked on our house !

Great service at a fair price. Had an after hours emergency and the plumber was there within an hour. Fixed issue and my tenants were back in business.

Darreb was able to replace the cleanout cap on our old pipe in the basement. It was very old and falling apart. Cracks all over it and was dripping water. Very friendly, fast, and convenient repair

Chris was THE man! This guy is a mad genius haha. He came out within 1 hour, took 1 look at my toilet and drain and already had an idea of where to start. He was extremely friendly with not just myself but my wife and kids! He was very quick and precise with his work from break down to re assembly. He cleaned his mess thoroughly and left my bathroom cleaner than it was when he arrived. I would highly recommend this company for any job! And again shout out to Chris for going above and beyond job standards!

Chris was great. He explained everything he was doing and was happy to answer my questions. Ultimately he found and fixed the issue quickly which turned out to be much easier (and less expensive) than I thought. Will definitely use this service again!

I don’t write negative reviews but I think it’s important to warn the community to avoid using this contracting service given their prices are unreasonable.

CONNOR #34-0745 charged $519 for a 15 minute snake to unclog the shower drain. He failed to follow instructions and call me (home owner) to approve the quote and proceeded to do the work.

I would not use Roto Rooter going forward, if you do end up using them do not go with Connor.

I scheduled a quote and was given a two hour window, so I waited and waited and finally got a text saying they were running late. I had to reschedule for the following day and had the exact same issue. Finally 2 hours AFTER the scheduled window, Anthony came and told me he couldn’t give me a quote because he didn’t know what the problem is so he rescheduled again for the following day. Then he came back the next day and quoted me $2400 to replace two bathroom faucets. I explained that I think there is more to the problem because I hear a clanging sound under the floor near the leaking faucets and he clearly had no idea what that could be and didn’t even bother to check anything else.
I got a second quote from another company at $600 AND they found the actual problem was that I needed to replace my thermal expansion tank and I didn’t even have a water pressure valve. The second company had it figured out in about 3 minutes. Don’t waste your time here, Mr. Perfect Plumbing was exponentially better.

I needed a late-night floor drain cleaning urgently! I contacted roto-rooter, and they were an excellent choice. Their service was fast and friendly, and their knowledgeable problem-solving skills were exceptionally professional. A special thanks to Dyren, the technician who helped me out so much today. If anyone has a clogged drain, always call Dyren at roto-rooter!

Dakota was great. He explained everything to me and was very thorough. Once the drain was clean, he put a camera through the drain so I could see there were no more blockages

A Tech was sent within 1.5 hrs of calling. The line needed a cleaning and he got to it. I am very pleased with the outcome. The tech found another situation needing attention and came back with an expert the next day to take care of it. The integrity displayed and diligence shown tells me they cared about the job that they do and the service rendered. I highly recommend them. Love the team effort as well.

the guy did a great job. Toilet was plugged. The bid he gave was $340 and I said which is true I usually pay $150 and under- so he charged me $150 but I thought that was even high and I don't like that they changed the price because in the ad it didn't say they charge that much.

We needed an emergency repair on a Sunday and Chris was amazing. He made sure the job was done right and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg. Highly recommend!

Awesome, very prompt with same day service at no extra charge. Tech was very informative and friendly. Same price no matter what day or time is a plus as well. And.they are running a camera through line at no extra charge. Wish I would have been using them for the last 10 floods I've had.

My main drain line completely blocked at 9pm on Xmas eve, flooding my basement. With guests staying overnight and a Xmas dinner to cook the next day, I called the highest rated plumbers on Yelp who both took a lot of my time only to offer only an appointment the day after Xmas. Thought I was hosed then tried Roto Rooter. Just before midnight, after working nearly two hours, Roto dude Mark had the house back online. Super friendly!
