I was happy with a no cost inspection. I was given a far price on the spot and agreed. The job was done in less than an hour, and it seemed they took their time in order to do a good job.

While the service was expensive, the two technicians (Christopher and Saso) who completed the job were phenomenal. Both of them were friendly, respectful of my home, and more than willing to explain what they were doing and share their expertise with me. Very positive experience due to those two technicians.

We had a clogged toilet late Sat morning and called Roto-Rooter. They had Kelly a very nice and knowledgeable service man here within two hours. He solved the problem in a shot time and left the bathroom clean. I would recommend Roto-Rooter for your plumbing needs. Bill Eccher

Dakota was very nice to work with and made sure we knew important details about our infrastructure and how we connect to the main line. This helps us have a better understanding of what to look for if something goes wrong. The service was prompt, clear and efficient in completion. We are thankful for the cleaning and the learning.

Chris showed up @ 30 minutes after first contact on a Saturday. He was upfront about pricing and explained each step of the process. Got it draining quickly and provided video of entire sewer line so source of blockage could be identified and removed. I would recommend this company.

I'm extremely happy with how fast a service technician was able to arrive and fix the plumbing problem! Theo, my service technician was really fabulous. He was efficient, courteous and made sure all was well before leaving. Highly recommend!

Waldo was so personable and helpful. Fixed the issues no problem. I called Roto-Rooter at the last minute and he was here within the hour. Upfront about everything and explained what needed to be done.

Chris did an absolute stand up job for us Here at Tom’s Watch Bar! He was Honest and fixed everything in a much quicker timely manner (especially than our previous plumbing company who kept giving us the run around and never fully fixed any of our issues ) looking forward to using Chris anytime we have a plumbing or leak issue!!! Water backed up in our basement and chemical drain cleaner wasn’t going to cut it. Called Roto-Rooter this morning, Martin arrived in less than one hour. He was very knowledgeable, talked to me through some options, talked about cost, cleared the drain, and was done in less than an hour. Our space was left perfectly clean.The work is guaranteed for six months, and I have his personal phone number in case anything comes up. Five stars!

Hector did an excellent job fixing my toilet and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained what needed to be done before starting the work. His professionalism and attention to detail were evident, and he left the area clean once everything was finished. The toilet works perfectly now, and the toilet obstruction was removed faster than I expected. I would definitely recommend Hector to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled plumber.

Danny was incredible! I called in at 9 pm at night and Kim had him dispatched out within the hour. Overall an incredible company with quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind individuals. Nothing but good things to say. I will call them again, and I will recommend them to anyone I know. Danny is an incredible asset to your company and people like him done come along often. Do everything you can to keep him as an employee.

Christian and Tyson are two of the best plumbers I have ever worked with they were friendly,timely, polite, honest and effcient as well as making sure that every detail/issue was addressed. They were called out for a snaking of a drain and ended up helping me with a few other plumbing issues, they took on extra work without hesitation or reservation hadeling every task with the care and concern as if it were their own home. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone as I have worked with them over the years several times and never been disappointed in any fashion. Prices are fair, workers are excellent, overall great experience will call if I should need help again. I would recommend both Christian and Tyson for raises given their skills and cut above customer service they went above and beyond to make sure all work was done even returning promptly when an issue did arise. Steve came to my condo on Sunday, February 12 in the morning. I was going to be late for church so he did his very best to fix our clogged bathroom. We only had one and every other company wanted us to wait until the next day. When I told APC about my emergency, one bathroom, didn't want to be late for church, they not only did their very best, he finished up on time before church started. Steve was friendly, efficient, professional, and I highly recommend APC Plumbing. Also, thank you for the military discount, price was good and the timing couldn't have been better.

Charlie and Jason came out today to replace our AC unit. Friendly, great with our dogs and kids, and did the work quickly. I can already feel the house cooling down. Thanks!

I have used APC for 15 to 20 years now, and every experience has been excellent. Their plumbers know what they are doing, and the company treats me fairly. Most recently, Dan has been to our house twice in the last couple of months. He is expert, efficient, and friendly. In the past, we have also gotten terrific service from Steve. I wish I could remember the names of other employees they have sent to us on service calls in the past. But I know we have used APC for at least 12 calls over the years, and every experience has been good.

Very happy with Jason and Charlie with Aurora Plumbing. So happy with their professionalism and the workmanship. They answered all my concerns with the process and was friendly. Steven thanks for the estimate and sending us this team.

My technician Steven was on time, polite, informative and knowledgeable.
He was able to answer all my questions and concerns.
He and Jerry both came to help after our small repair ended up being larger than expected.

They were able to do the work in the same day and it made all the difference on a Friday afternoon.
I will use APC again and I highly recommend!

APC was very responsive, they were able to dispatch someone the same day I called for what I thought was a leaky kitchen sink. When Steve arrived he was very professional, I especially liked that he gave me a call to let me know he was on the way. He quickly took stock of the situation and explained clearly to me that the problem was a leaking sewer line. The remediation company Steve referred me to was also able to arrive that same evening and removed the sewage so that Steve could return the next day for repairs. Steve was great about explaining things throughout the process and I feel confident the work he has done has resolved the problem.

Finally - Mar 2024 few months ago replaced 20 yr old furnace & AC. After to getting estimates from many other companies, I knew that when I was ready to get this done, - there was only one company I trusted - Aurora Plumbing Company, right here family-owned in Aurora, Colorado.
