Had a pipe leak in the wall and Vern was able to find it with minimal drywall removal and fix it quickly. He also helped fix a drainage issue in another bathroom the same day. Thank you guys for being available and doing such great work!

Austin did an absolutely amazing job and didn't try to sell me on products and services I didn't need. He was very straight forward, kind, and courteous. What's even better is his flexibility to do additional work that I didn't originally request when making the appointment. Due to the way the large-scale home builders (KB Homes) built my house, the main water shutoff was located BEHIND my water heater in a place that was near impossible to reach, especially in case of an emergency. I pointed this out to Austin and asked what it would take to move it and he said it would be easy enough, and he even had the parts in his van to do it right then. I was expecting it to run over a thousand dollars, however, he managed to install an extension above the water heater that was not only MUCH easier to get to, but also securely fastened to the wall so it wouldn't be damaged through use. The price? About $500! This is much better than any other company had quoted me in the past, and exactly why I went with Clean Cut! I also got my tank serviced and now I finally have hot water again!

I can’t say enough about Vern and Clean Cut Plumbing - really, a 10 on the 5 point scale. Just a fantastic guy with customer happiness central in their mission.
It can be unsettling to call a plumber, wondering if they’ll fix what’s really broken (or upsell you for more) and/or charge you an arm and a leg (…do I add, especially if you’re a girl…?)
Anyway, Vern is a super knowledgeable and experienced guy. His prices are 100% fair and WAY lower than the fancy trucks around town. The icing on top is that he’s super humble and nice 👍. Didn’t expect I’d be raving about a plumbing experience, but I am. Prompt, nice, knowledgeable, fair prices. Super communicative. **Solid**. Call them. You’ll be happy.

I called Clean Cut Plumbing on a whim a few days ago because of a toilet clog I could not dislodge. They showed up within the hour and were the most reasonably priced I'd seen. Vern was our technician and he was amazing. He was clear, honest, and very kind.

He went above and beyond on a recent project to help my wife select the right fixtures for our bathroom and even came out the day prior to our scheduled time to bail us out of a bit of unexpected trouble. Vern and Austin were awesome! I called the morning of 2/17/26 around 9am for a possible sewer drain issue. I neglected to tell them my clean out was in the crawl space but after providing a few solutions they were able to get my sewer drain cleaned out! First time using Clean Cut but it won't be the last! Great customer service for a reasonable price! Give these guys a call, they were fantastic!

I needed to replace a copper line with a water outlet box behind my refregerator for the water & ice maker in a new refregerator. I called and they answered all my questions and were super nice! Within 2 hrs they sent gentleman named Vern out. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a couple of options. He got to work and did a great job in very little time. I have a couple more things I plan to have done this year and will definitely be calling them again. 5 stars! *****
