Mark came to the house today to take care of a few things that I have been putting off for some time now. He was very informative on how to best handle the repairs and I felt it was a tremendous value as well. It is always wonderful to meet great people who really take pride in doing a wonderful job. Josh was fabulous as always. On time, personable and efficient. I had him uncap a water line to my fridge and install a new connector. He is amazing. A few months back, I called C4 to install a new washer and the spigots had to be replaced. They sent Josh and he was amazing. I requested him for the current service as well. I’m sure all the C4 techs are great, but Josh goes the extra mile.

I highly recommend C4. Their pricing is very competitive and the work is top quality.

We chose C4 because they advertised free estimates. We weren't expecting much more than a quick look. I used a big national company in the past and they charged an arm and a leg for the smallest task. Mark C came in and after inspecting both of our issues, one minor, which he fixed on the spot, and one major, he thoroughly explained everything as well as provided tips on standard upkeep. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Now that we found them, we are going to finish a few projects we had been putting off.

After working with C4 twice in the last year I felt it was time to post a review! In March of 2022 our heater went out and it was freezing cold from what I can remember. We called around and C4 was the only company willing and able to send someone out same the same night. They were able to implement an inexpensive fix and had the heater up and running that night, much to our relief. They did warn us that our furnace was original to the home which was built in 2001 and was probably going to need to be replaced sooner than later. Fast forward to last week, we woke up to the furnace struggling and found their number to call again immediately. They were able to schedule us in the next two hours. After evaluating, gave us options on repairs that we decided against as that cost to repair individual parts was going to be about half the cost of the new furnace. They were able to get the furnace replaced, old one removed and the heater back on same day again. My husband worked directly with Josh both times and I’m just so grateful that they have been so reliable and easy to work with. We will continue to contact them for our heating, cooling and plumbing needs and I 10/10 recommend them to anyone!

Mark Banty came out the same day I called for a weeping ball valve on my sprinkler system. He arrived exactly on time and was very polite and professional. He cut out the old valve and had the new one in in less than an hour. He made sure it was set in the position I needed and ensured that everything was working properly before leaving. I can’t recommend him enough and will definitely be calling Mark again if I have any plumbing issues in the future. Outstanding work!

Excellent work, on time, finished on time, he went the extra mile to cover white carpet so no dirt or marks on floor. Gave great advice on softener and had the foresight to replace a couple older valves without asking and he was close to half of what the ‘big shops’ thought I needed to pay. I highly recommend!

Hot water heater went out this week. Mark C. came out to my house and gave me a quote the day it happened. Install was done the following morning. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and great quality of work done. I paid pretty much what I was expecting for a hot water heater and install labor. I highly recommend!

Mark came and fixed a pipe in our home. He had to investigate a bit to find the root cause of the leak but was very good at finding and fixing the problem. He was very professional and courteous and we would definitely use his services again. I'd be happy to refer him to others.

We called C4 to evaluate a water heater that a home inspector flagged as a potential problem. Mark was courteous, prompt, and honest. Though he could have tried to convince us to install a new water heater at considerable cost, he quickly determined that our water heater was in great shape and that the home inspector had misdiagnosed the health of the water heater. Mark didn't even charge us for the service call! We would certainly contact C4 again for any plumbing needs.

We a currently dealing with a water loss and after running across a plumber who did work for us that was out of code, Mark came in and rectified the work at a very reasonable price.

In fact, his price and knowledge led my wife and I to decide to replace every pipe in our home while the walls were open to have a peace of mind about our water lines in our home.

Mark also helped us recoup the $1900 we paid the previous plumber who completed work that was a code violation. Within seconds of stepping into our bathroom, he noticed the violation. This man knows his stuff!!

While staying at an airbnb while our rebuild is in process, Mark also helped us with a sink we cracked due to a faulty glass soap dispenser. Seeing every thing we were going through, he didn’t charge us to replace that sink.

This guy goes above and beyond for his customers and makes sure your work is done right, and walks you through any concerns he sees in the process of any repairs.

Mark with C4 did an amazing job and helped diagnose a difficult issue. He had to cut into the drywall, but it is clear that his knowledge and experience allowed him to minimize the number of cuts and are easily patchable. Mark did an excellent job fixing our plumbing issues in our kitchen and basement! He was thorough and explained the work really well to the point that I was confident in the decisions I made to make sure I was being overcharged. He was super friendly as well!
