I called A Pluc heating and AC and they came immediately to my rescue during a snowstorm. They diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. Grant was professional, kind, and courteous. The price was extremely reasonable. I will be calling them in the future with any HVAC issues.

Grant came by to do an annual furnace check He thoroughly checked, cleaned and made necessary adjustments to the furnace. It was a very positive experience with no pressure to buy anything. We also started their service plan. Thank you A+ and Grant.

Called A Plus Heating at about 10am about my furnace acting up and they had their technicians in here by 12:30. They inspected my furnace and found the problem. I now have reliable heat. I did not look over their shoulders while cleaning the furnace so I have no idea if I was overcharged or not.

Zach and his team were highly educated in their trade. We had a client that would need two AC units removed for access to the back yard in order to do our work, he was able to come out, asses the current condition, recommend services like tune ups and turned a quote around for us in a very timely manner. I had Zach check on an intermittent heating issue. He was able to quickly troubleshot and identify the issue. I decided to have him back to perform maintenance on my systems, which he completed in a timely manner and provided good visibility into what was done and what needed to be done. A Plus Heating and Grant were excellent! A Plus was very professional on the phone and got me on the schedule the same day. The technician, Grant, arrived on time and quickly assessed the issue with my furnace. It ended up being an unusual/uncommon issue but he was still able to find and fix it promptly and didn’t charge me any extra as it didn’t require any equipment. After the fix he took the time to walk me through what the issue was and even showed me pics he had taken of my furnace to help explain. He was very patient in explaining the issue, potential causes and answering my questions. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and great with my dog as well. Plus, my furnace has never run better!!! 100% recommend!
