Mark came to our home and was super friendly and he seemed to know a lot about our outdated unit. He cleaned it really well and did not try to tell us we needed to upgrade. We appreciated his honesty and the fact that our ac is working much better.

Wonderful, knowledgeable service. Mark was in touch with us soon after we left a message, communicated with us regularly, and showed up exactly when promised. He analyzed a complex HVAC problem, solved it, and saved us a lot of money in the process. We will happily use him again when it is time for our winter furnace tune-up. We had IMS come out and replace a 30 yr old furnace. We had a knowledgeable salesman counsel us through the appropriate equipment for our size home and had everything installed seamlessly within a few weeks. It was such a pleasant and smooth process. They're the best in the business in the front range.

We upgraded to a heat pump and furnace backup with IMS in February 2025. From our first encounter with Philip, who patiently talked us through all of our options and rebate possibilities, through to the install and rebate process, we have been so impressed. When one of our rebate applications was approved at $500 less than IMS quoted, they told us they'd send a check to make up the difference. This level of customer service is so hard to find and so appreciated!

Mike D came out to service my air conditioning unit and I could not have been more pleased. He was right on time, incredibly knowledgeable, extremely thorough in assuring I understood the work he was doing and immediately completed the additional work that needed done. Today I had my first experience with IMS doing tuneups on two furnaces. Michael D. was the technician and I was very impressed in three ways. Very prompt! Very thorough and meticulous with explaining to me what was being checked. And finally, gave me background on what I could do to better take care of my systems to make them last longer which I love. Thank you Michael D and IMS.

IMS were so wonderful and able to get us in for service day of. And our Tech Andrew was so helpful and knowledgeable, he did a fantastic job getting our AC unit up and running again quickly. 10/10 would recommend.

I called because my AC had stopped working. The fan quit turning and they were able to get me in in record time. Other places had told me it would be 2 to 4 weeks because it is summertime. They got me in within a week the gentleman who came to my home was very professional personable. He explained every step of the way he explained what the numbers he showed me meant what was happening. He took the time to look at my furnace filters to show me how it changed when we took the dirty filters out Gave me recommendations. It was the most amazing experience that I’ve ever had with the technician in my life, I recommend this 110% plus to anybody who’s looking for any work done they also have a program that you can sign up for that includes twice a year maintenance. They do not try to upsell you anything they show you everything that they’re doing and leave it up to you to determine what you are comfortable with. I would recommend 110 20% greatest company. I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with thank you Josh for everything.

Our AC decided to stop pushing cold air on Independence Day this year. We though we would be out of luck over the holiday weekend, but IMS was able to get us scheduled for an emergency repair within an hour of contacting them. Their on call tech Ramiro was very knowledgeable and great to work with! He identified the issue quickly and we were able to get the house cooling again right in time for our son's nap.

Garett and Wyatt recently installed a new AC unit and furnace for us. They were kind and professional (and nice to our dog who was very curious about their presence all day) and did a great job with the installation. Ramiro is an absolute lifesaver! Our AC broke during a heatwave, and we were scrambling to keep our home (and our pup!) cool. Ramiro came out quickly, diagnosed the issue, and had everything up and running in no time. Not only did he fix the AC, but he also addressed a loud rattling noise that had been bothering us for months.

We were looking for a new heating and air conditioning service as we have been remodeling our house. We went to a local home show and found IMS Heating and Repair. After meeting several different vendors we found a great connection with Philip Zimmerman. We explained our difficult situation (our current units had to be re located and replaced) and Philip listened to our concerns carefully. On his first visit he and my husband were able to discuss placement options, differences in units, and what the replacements would cost. He spent a great deal of time reviewing everything planned so that there would be no issues on replacement day. Philip is extremely knowledgeable about his products and gave us his honest opinion on some of the available options. When the technicians came to do the work they were extremely professional. They put down tarps and were careful to not do any damage while they were working. One technician, Tanner, was an extremely hard worker, came early and stayed late to get the job done on time. They are lucky to have such a great, polite worker! We are thrilled with our new units and highly recommend IMS Heating and Repair!

Sean did a great job for us. He is knowledgeable, careful and thorough. Today he had to find a leak in our A/C system, re-braze a tube, and then refill with new refrigerant. The house is now nice and cool. Thanks, Sean.
