Ramiro just wrapped up a furnace tune up at our house. His workmanship and customer service skills are world class. He noticed a couple things needed fixed/installed. Especially a surge protector.

Ramiro is the gold standard. When IMS hired him, they acquired an asset. Not just someone collecting a paycheck.

I highly recommend IMS for all HVAC services. From scheduling, quoting, diagnosis/repair, and retrofit, the employees at IMS are true professionals.

I've so far had both my upper and lower level heating and cooling systems fully replaced by IMS and they completed the retrofit in less time then originally anticipated and with better equipment and less cost than other companies had quoted. Plus, they were able to fish the rocks my son dropped into the exhaust pipe of the lower level furnace. Extremely satisfied!

The three individuals who came to install my furnace from IMS were outstanding. They were very professional, friendly, and took the time to walk me through everything to be sure I understood the system. Before leaving, they made sure everything was working properly and that I was completely comfortable. Excellent service from start to finish.

We were referred to IMS by friends who had a great experience and we had the same. Fantastic from start to finish. Very thorough in explanation and installation. Our old furnace broke and the team was out quickly to review and provide options for the replacement we wanted. IMS was knowledgeable on rebates, codes, and product solutions. The install team was amazing. I had a new replacement like this done at a previous house so knew a bit what to expect and they exceeded my expectations. They got an electrician out to install an outlet out by the A/C unit to ensure we were in code compliance. Everything was inclusive in the price, no nickel and diming. They get it right. I’ve had several problems with my thermostat since it was installed and IMS has been great and following up and continuing to troubleshoot to find the problem. Hopefully today it was resolved we will know soon. But they are always courteous and true to their word. Both Kevin and Elijah came to my house today and spent two hours trying to find out and intermittent problem which is always the hardest ones to find. But they were both great and very Personable!

As some others have said as well, my dealings with this business were extremely disappointing and somehow they had removed my last review. (Unethical at best)

My summary: new a/c system and it failed 5 years later. I called Harvey for a repair and he had a person come who offered to put in more coolant but said it may or may not fix it. Ironically this employee quit the company that day so the conversation continued with Harvey’s admin.. Harvey said the coolant fill should fix the problem and charged me $~1500.

The above repair did not work so I called back and asked the admin if we could come up with a game plan, including a quote for a new system. The admin (maybe his wife or daughter?) was extremely unprofessional and said “no, Harvey won’t call you. He’ll only come for a service visit again.” I stated that I was being reasonable, having bought the system from them 5 years ago and having already paid for an unsuccessful repair. I just wanted to figure out what we’d do next before I paid for another service visit. The admin called back and said Harvey “wasn’t interested in my business,” which was quite rich considering that Harvey was the one who didn’t stand behind his work—while also seeming quite inept with fixing air conditioning systems. I would not recommend wasting time or money with this company: sleazy and unethical
