Contracted to have IMS disconnect AC unit and re-install after new concrete was poured. Technician did not advise me that installation would be a 4-hour process and that the first appointment in the morning meant that the technician would not show until 9:30'ish am. And further, when my concrete pour was delayed a day, IMS told me they DO NOT work weekends (especially holiday weekends). After technician left around 2 pm, I noted the AC was not cooling quickly. I was told that it was normal for AC units to cool at a rate of 1 degree every 1.5 to 2 hours and as long as it finally got to temperature, it was good to go. When I asked for someone to check the installation, I was informed I would be charged an additional visit. The technician reused the torn insulation material around the new piping and it looked it (see photo). I had another company come and check out the system and they advised me that it had been overcharged (see photo) and that, as a result, it would be both inefficient and would most probably overheat should outside temperature reach the 90's again. Needless to say, I have no confidence in IMS...not in their technician and not in their leadership. I am waiting to hear from them to see how they intend to make things right.
Buyer beware.

My service technician, Ramiro, was an absolute angel sent from God to deliver me from the inferno which was my home without AC. He was friendly, efficient, and completed the repair same day. Far exceeded my expectations when the AC failed. Great work IMS

I will recommend IMS to everyone that I know that need assistance with heating or air needs. Brittany is my absolute favorite and she is very professional as well as makes you feel like she really cares about you as a person and not just for the money!! Five stars for sure

Had a very positive experience with IMS. They were responsive in communication, and on time with service. Ramiro was super friendly, helpful and willing to answer all my questions. He was very patient with my curious dog and toddler. He was through and made sure that I understood his recommendations. He even got our whole-house humidifier working! (something I had been told would need to be replaced by a different service provided from a different company a few years prior.)
I like that they email their notes/recommendation along with pictures, so I didn't have to write everything down or try to remember it all. Overall, I was very happy with the service provided.

Technician was very courteous, professional, and efficient, explaining all the functions of the humidifier and general maintenance and care of the unit. The office was also courteous and professional making the experience easy and the installation timely.

Beware of this company! Tonight during this arctic freeze with negative temperatures, my entire blower wheel SHREDDED. This blower wheel was installed 3 1/2 years ago in a new build with part, labor, and installation done my IMS. The technician couldn’t really tell us why this would completely fail in 3 1/2 years, Just hard to tell really were his exact words! But despite this being under warranty it is going to cost me $609 to have heat for my children, pets, and pipes in the below freezing temp due to labor and fees. Not only is that absolutely price gouging at its finest, but to make it worse the new part will NOT be under a new warranty. They will only continue the current warranty. So if their workmanship and parts hold up for another 3 1/2 years like before,we will conveniently be out of warranty completely. Unfortunately we had no choice on the company that did the work in our new build but hopefully we can save someone from the same disappointing service and quality from this company. We will never use them again

Had a great experience with IMS! We bought a new build that was missing the condenser unit and Aaron was fantastic explaining our options and knowledgeable about the new laws/changes going into effect that could/would affect decisions and budgets down the road. We ended up having to reschedule due to no fault of IMS and they were super accommodating with the last minute delay. On the day of install, Ivan came and was fantastic. He was timely and great at giving the run down of how the installation was going to work. On top of it all, Ivan was unaware I saw, but one of our dogs was outside with him and he was kind enough to pull a sticker out of his foot. Fantastic customer service and great people all around. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

What a great company!! We called and set up a free quote to replace our 20 year old heating and air system. Aaron Wahlert came right out and walked us through all of our options. He was super knowledgeable and the prices beat the other 3 quotes we got. Today, Trent Parham and his crew came out and installed our new system. They got right down to work and all 3 were great gentleman. Trent wrapped everything up after testing everything and walked me through the new equipment. Again, SUPER knowledgeable and just an all around great guy. I was really impressed with this company. It was a great experience from start to finish.

We had our initial IMS service review and we were very pleased what it covered and the detail provided. David Morse, the IMS technician, was excellent. He explained everything and answered all our questions. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He offered alternative solutions to some of our concerns about specific issues related to our system. We decided to upgrade our thermostat and he was able to complete that and another upgrade on the spot. We are very pleased with how the system is operating to meet our needs. Excellent service all the way around.

Our central air died. Our furnace was old but still working. We had no idea who to trust with this major expense. Did online research and were discouraged by many reviews of other HVAC installers.

Then, in May of 2024 an IMS Rep was at the Loveland Home Depot. A genuine young man who was earnest and did not hard sell at all. No BS. Spoke of the process and a special deal they had running until the end of May.

We researched IMS on review sites. They had very good reviews. We were very encouraged.

Hubs called and made an appointment. Rep who came gave him a great quote on a Carrier air and heat set. Made recommendations on size (3 ton air) and features (dual speed furnace). Offered no interest deal for 3 years. Answered all our questions. We took the deal.

Install went flawlessly and as scheduled. They were on time and respectful of our property. Techs did a fabulous job. Connected to our existing thermostat and humidifier system with no hassles. Old air and furnace were taken away as part of the deal.

No extra charges or fees. No hard sells on maintenance plans. Educated us on maintenance.

One year later and everything still running great. Have had no problems. Thank goodness.

The entire experience was how you wish every major home expense would be handled.
