Chelsea has been cleaning our home for the last 1-2 years. We're really happy with the work she does and would highly recommend her. She's very kind, prompt, and does a great job.

First, I scheduled an in-home consultation for a deep clean with Kati (business owner) the night before on their website and she was there right on time that next morning. So if you're phone call averse, this is the cleaning company for you. Kati came and thoroughly and patiently walked with me through my apartment and all of my requests. Then she scheduled time for a deep clean. All of our comms have been over email and she is prompt!

As for the cleaning: Ian & Elijah came for a deep clean and they were absolutely wonderful. I wanted an extremely thorough clean and they were happy to oblige. They were efficient and quiet, so much so that I worked all day while they were here, but were also friendly and chatty when I had time to engage.

I'll definitely be using Dandelion for my regular bi-weekly cleaning as well.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I made an appointment to have my house cleaned and had a serious medical emergency come up, which I needed to discuss with the owner before arriving to clean my house. I reached out to the company first thing and asked them to please call me immediately to discuss and find a resolution asap. The owner disregarded my concerns, sent a message that she didn't have time to talk and sent a text telling me she cancelled the appointment without ever discussing with me first. Then she charged me a cancellation fee of $50! Hello?! Uhhh, no. You cancelled my appointment. I'm now having to dispute the charge, and she refuses to refund me. This is definitely an ethical issue. I would not recommend this cleaning company.

Dandelion does a wonderful job, the house is always clean after they're done. They're also very communicative if something changes, and are proactive if something has to be rescheduled. Very happy with them, they've got a loyal customer with me.

We've been using Dandelion for several months now, and have been very happy with the service. They aren't your typical corporate "one size fits all" business. When we first signed up, the owner came by and went over everything in detail. She was clearly listening to our needs, as the service was great. There have been a couple of adjustments over time that they've responded to quickly and professionally. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience both in setting up my cleaning service with Kati and having it executed by Dara. You can tell they really care about the work they do. Their services are also reasonably priced. I would definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking for a good clean with matched customer service.

Kati does not have the integrity to honor the mistakes and damage done by her employees. She is more concerned about her own loss than keeping and retaining clients.

Kati, your response is not at all accurate. I did approach your employee about the mistake that they made in my home. I feel as it I have right to address concerns that arise to my property in my home. We had this issue before and your and as in the past your overact wanting control of the situation.

I did not curse, I did not angrily approach your employee. She was upset and immediately took responsibility. I am not responsible for her reaction or what she told you. I was frustrated, which anyone would be.

I did not bring this issue up two weeks earlier, as I explained to you because I did not want to make accusation I wasn't positive about. Coupled with the fact that at the prior clean, you had one employee that did not show up and I was the one who had to reach out to you instead of you reaching out to me. Also, the employee that was hear wasted 30 minutes of clean time. When I asked her to get started, she wanted to wait for the other employee since she was new. This resulted in my home not being completely cleaned. You did not make an allowance on that day for additional cleaning. You did offer to have someone come back on Monday, which did not work with my schedule. You took no accountability for the frustration and inconvenience that I experienced from the lack of cleaning or damage to my property.

Also, I provided an email in writing from Norwex indicating that my Norwex cloths were contaminated. You kept insisting on this "deep clean". I asked for a guarantee in writing from Norwex that this would restore my cloths to their effectiveness, which you could not provide. I had already informed that I had washed the cloths on a "sanitizing hot water cycle, used eco friendly soap with a vinegar rinse" (which I did multiple times), which is what you were proposing.

You never once asked me what would make this right. You determined what you wanted to do to make it right. Again, in opinion a lack of integrity, a lack of taking responsibility and a lack of customer service.

Kelley’s cleaning skills gave new life to both my apartment and myself as I came home to a neat house. Some parts of it had even been reorganized! She was very accommodating to my special requests. She was patient with me when I forgot to leave a spare key. And, the company communicated very well with me if there were any changes! I LOVE this company and would highly recommend it! I’ve looked high and low for an affordable, accommodating cleaning service in Boulder. No one will do what Dandelion Cleaning will!

Substandard cleaning, a revolving door of unqualified employees, broken items, unprofessional response when there are problems. Owner needs professional training on how to handle customers. Good employees keep leaving the company. I would stay away from this business.

Jamie did an extremely thorough job cleaning our house when we needed a move-out clean. He thought of surfaces I didn't know existed. We were super nervous about having our house ready for tenants to move into the next day but when we arrived in the afternoon to check on things, it was absolutely wonderful! Happy owners, happy tenants, I can't recommend him enough! We'll be using his services again!

Cons: New people each visit that don't know your particular desires or your house.
Pros: after several weeks we realized that when two specific employees were here together, we loved the result. Their names are, Shawna and Brandy. They are conscientious, hard working, and always do a great job. We have requested to have both of them exclusively and unless one is ill or on vacation, we get them both each time. We love them and are very happy with their work ethic and standards.

Rebecca and Tori did an outstanding job of cleaning our home. They worked all day and Rebecca asked me to check their work. They were professional, efficient, and worked quietly throughout the day. Thank you very much!

If I was allowed to choose zero stars I would. I have never left a review, but this service left me so disheartened that I am doing it. The job was so poorly done that I had to clean after they left, and this was after paying $260. They also refused to offer us a full refund. I work very hard and this was supposed to be a treat, to have a clean house, so I'm just very sad that I chose this company. I will never use their services again and would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your own cleaning needs. I've put photos below of my floor, after they came, and wipes where I wiped down my desk and my daughter's playroom table, both after they left.

I have photos taken after your employees left. How do you clean without dusting? How do you clean the floor with spills still left and dirt still on the floor. I would like a refund for the last visit. I was calling to cancel and was asked to give you one more try. It was not worth $96. I did cancel my service this time and won't recommend your business to anyone.

The ladies were very nice and efficient; however, I think $557 is too high, especially since I received a quote for $264 from a private business. I would’ve chosen the other business but they could not fit into our time frame.
