I am very disappointed in the service. When I first set up the appointment I asked for a deep cleaning which was quoted 450. The lady’s who cleaned were very nice and professional but I got nothing like a deep cleaning. My window seals were not wiped down there was dust on them. I had to spend over a hour cleaning the kitchen after because there was food not swept up, the counters still had stains on them, they moped the floor but there were still stains on my floor, the bedroom still had stains on the tv stands. I was expecting a good deep cleaning but was very disappointed when after I had to spend my own time cleaning after paying and tipping good. I also think it’s important to disclose they do not clean if anything is in the way. I had decorations in the bathroom and did not get the windowed cleaned because I had Christmas decor up there. I think it’s important to tell clients they have to clean and move everything if they want it wiped down. I expected with the price of 450 that they could move a load of bread and a few bananas to be able to clean under it instead of cleaning around it. And if they can’t do that it’s important to disclose they to clients so they can clean before the cleaners come.

I've been enjoying services from RMC for close to a year, fairly regularly. I have been 100% satisfied with the job the crew does with cleaning a relatively large home.

On several occasions the crew exceeded my expectations by setting the bar even higher, by adding little personal touches to their work, such as: cleaning refrigerator shelves, putting bedding on a guest bed - which I didn't have time to do myself before they arrived, taking out trash and recycling. I always feel like I get good value for the money.

Every time I come home after a cleaning the house smells fresh, and looks very nice.

There have been a couple of scheduling conflicts on RMC's side, but Ivan's communication is always excellent, and we've always found a way to make it work.

This is a small, local business leading by example. Would 100% recommend.

KEEP SEARCHING! I tried this company out for my Airbnb business in Boulder. They charged me over $500 to clean a 3000 sqft home. That price doesn't make sense for the highest quality clean in this market. Turns out, they didn't even do a halfway decent job, and they caused my rating to drop significantly. I gave them a 2nd chance and had the same issue. Dealing with Ivan, their customer service / salesperson is also a nightmare.

Note: I have since found a cleaner that is able to do a 10x better job for half the cost with 1/10 the effort in communicating my needs and scheduling.

Bottom Line: Look elsewhere. There are much better options available in Boulder.

They're super easy to work with, willing to come to my apartment that's a little rural, and the place always looks absolutely sparkling when I get home!

I exchanged emails with Ivan and finally nailed down a time and date. When I returned home after the cleaners should have been there, they were no call no show. I called and emailed Ivan. He called me back hours later and said a work order wasn't made and we can reschedule. I told him I expected some sort of discount because of their error, and he was surprised. After finally agreeing on a discount and a later date and time for the reschedule, the cleaners were 45 minutes late - they had an hour window to arrive - and apparently could not get in to my home, which was left unlocked and stated as such. I reiterated that the door was unlocked and they were suddenly able to get in.

I was not charged or sent an invoice for almost two weeks. The service from Ivan was unbelievable and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere before hiring this company. It was a massive waste of time and money, not to mention the cleaners missed dusting a number of shelves.

I’ve been using house cleaners for over 20 years and Rocky Mountain Cleaning for the last couple of years. They are my favorite cleaning team ever. They are very good, fast, respectful. I love that I don’t have to be home or leave a check. Love RMC!

I was moving out of my house and needed some cleaning help on short notice. Ivan accommodated me right away even thought it was a busy time. And to be honest, I thought I kept a really clean house and that there wasn't much a cleaning crew could do to make a huge difference. Ha! RMC came in and worked some serious magic. I told them where to focus and they followed my directions perfectly. They took on all my Venetian blind slats, a shower stall that had never sparkled, and a kitchen floor (including grout) that had given me some serious attitude and worked miracles with them all. I was astounded. Five-star experience; would hire them again in an instant!

I was very pleased with Rocky Mountain Cleaning. It was easy to schedule an appointment and everyone I spoke too was very courteous. The bathtub was in pretty bad shape and they did a super job of cleaning it. I will definitely use them in the future.

RMC has been taking care of our home since we moved to Boulder from NYC for 10 years now. I’m very particular about who to have in the house and RMC is by far the best! Ivan came to our home and did a walk-through and reviewed everything with me. He and his staff are amazing: hard working & professional, amiable, trustworthy, reliable. Lisbeth and her team take great care in using eco friendly products as I have allergies to many chemicals- our house is spotless and no harsh scents or chemical residues. I highly recommend this amazing family run business for your home/cleaning needs.

We’ve had a good experience with Rocky Mountain Cleaning so far. When our expectations weren’t met on one of the visits, they were quick to respond and fix the situation. Reasonably priced and reliable. Great communication.

I appreciate the convenience that office personnel provides in scheduling. The cleaning crew always does a very thorough cleaning. My condo was clean, neat and fresh when I returned after your service. All dishes were washed and put away. The linens were cleaned and folded and placed in the linen closet. The floors were clean, and the fans, blinds, and furniture were dusted. The bathrooms was clean and sanitary and the mirror was clear and clean. I will continue to use Rocky Mountain Cleaning in the future.

First time using this team and they went above and beyond! It was such a relief to have this team come in and help us clean before an event.
