My initial connection to Meyer's was through the online chat option (with Kerry) on Sunday night . I was hunting for a new furnace so was told that someone would reach out to me the next day. Sure enough I received a call at 9:00 and by 2:00 I was making a decision about the furnace model I wanted to buy. Chad, my Meyer's estimator was exceptional; so friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable about explaining my choices, installation and cost and "next steps" . The decision was an easy one so I did and already have an installation date on my calendar. Meyer's is an old established Boulder heating and air business for a reason and I just found out why. Make your life easy, just call Meyer's.

Bobby is top notch. Professional, knowledgeable, thorough! Meyers continues to be our go-to HVAC company. We’re going on 30 years. Love the Club idea too.

I was treated with care, all questions answered, why it is time to get a new furnace as mine is 29 years old. I got a deal for opting to pay with a check. We walked around the outside of my house and was shown where the pipes would go away from windows. I felt well informed and in good hands.

Love working with Meyers. They came out the same day when a furnace at one of our properties stopped working and did not have heat. Their team was on it and got the furnace repaired and back up and running by the end of the day!

Profoundly Incompetent. Meyer's Heating installed a 2 stage furnace and could not figure out how to have the furnace operate as designed. Meyer's walked away from the installation wiring the furnace for a single stage. Customer purchased a much more expensive two stage furnace. Ripped off customer. As an electrician, I figured out how to wire the furnace to operate properly. These guys do not possess the technical expertise to perform their jobs. In absolute disgust for the arrogance of their poor performance and for taking $7800.00 and then abandoning the customer.

Meyers seems as if they want to please, but they have not failed to disappoint us over the course of 10 months. After buying a home with an 13 year-old HVAC system that was working well, we bought a service contract with Meyers, and asked them to evaluate the unit.

January 2025: The first service tech had only recently started working for them, and seemed challenged to understand how to open the unit. He assured us that the heater was in good shape, but then we had to help him figure out how to put the cover back on, after he first put it on incorrectly.

June 2025: The tech came to do our routine summer check of the AC (which had been working just fine to that point), and told us he was having problems with the "fast start" on the compressor. He told us that the unit was on its last legs, and needed to be replaced. We agreed to have them replace the AC only, because the tech said that the heater was just fine. (We were foolish not to get a second opinion). I don't think that either Meyers tech ever opened the heat exchanger to see that there was rust inside (Something that we would find out after they replaced the AC)

July 2025: After failing to show up on the appointed day, Meyers rescheduled our AC replacement for another day, without consulting us. Meyers sent a tech to replace the AC accompanied by the 17 year-old son of the manager as his assistant. The teenager had a bad attitude about doing the work, and spilled oil all over our pavers and landscaping rocks and driveway. He tracked mud into our house. Meyers' manager sent someone to try to clean up the mess, and even tried himself, but some of the oil stains remain. When the job was complete, the tech left a hose unhooked on the interior unit, which drained water onto our floor for months before we noticed it.

October 2025: A chatty tech came to look at the water draining from the bottom of our interior AC unit onto the floor, and admitted that it was their fault for not hooking it up properly. He also performed our winter heater inspection. He told us that there was rust in the heat exchanger and strongly recommended that we replace the heater as soon as possible. If this was the case, why didn't the tech tell us in July when we inquired about the heater before changing the AC?? We could have saved a lot of money by replacing the entire HVAC at one time, instead of replacing two different units inside of 4 months!

We initially hired Meyers because they seemed to have excellent reviews. However, we understand that the previously respected business has changed hands in recent years, causing some changes. I should have trusted my gut when the first tech who came out in January could not easily reassemble the unit. Our overall impression is that Meyers is unorganized and sloppy - evidenced by their poor workmanship, their chaotic office, and messy trucks, and lack of professionalism. We feel that we made a mistake hiring them, and it has cost us dearly. I do not recommend them.

My landlord hired Meyers to "clean" a 20-year old furnace that is leaking oil and showing imminent signs of failure. They told her that was the right thing to do instead of replacing it lol. Their tech Christian was one of the rudest workers I've ever had in my home. He took out the filthy motor and started cleaning it right there on the carpet! Completely disgusting. He left grease and dirt stains everywhere. I calmly asked him why he did that and he replied "I'm not talking to you" and walked away. I contacted the business directly and they refused to help, defending their worker instead. All I asked was for the carpets to be cleaned and they refused. Zero stars.

EDIT: Response to Owner. That's not true and you know it. I reached out 3 times today and you told meet to go pound sand. You said you would never service my address again, you refused to discuss the carpets or arrange a cleaning and you couldn't even offer a simple apology.

Bobby went WAY OVER what he was required to do. I felt his concern for us and he promised to stay late to fix our problem. He didn’t leave until almost 10 o’clock at night and he got there hours before. He’s not only extremely knowledgeable about our heating system, but also about our generator and how it all goes together. So on a technical level, I felt completely safe and heard. But, his greatest gift is his interpersonal skill of caring. We are pretty much novices at all of this, and so to have him connect with us in the way that he did was so reassuring. We knew for sure that his first requirement in his mind was to serve us and reassure us. He’s a great guy. Don’t let him get away. Whatever you are paying him, it’s worth it. Bill and Bonney Forbes.

Spent $125 for the HVAC technician to diagnose our AC problem (needed a new thermostat for high voltage), and he referred us to the electrical team. We were told to expect a call back/estimate within a week or two and heard nothing. I called back a week later and was told I would receive an estimate the next day. I called again the next day and was told that they were no longer giving electrical work estimates.

Our HVAC technician was lovely, but I can't help but feel that this was a waste of $125 and now I need to get a different company to do the work. Despite all the positive reviews, I'm quite disappointed by the poor communication.

From start to finish you guys were great! You got us on the schedule very quickly, which we appreciate. Mitch and the crew were very professional, explaining and going over everything they did, and did a fantastic job on the install. It looks very nice and well put together.

Bryan Baker worked with us for several months to determine the best ducted heat pump system for our heating and cooling needs. His knowledge and communication skills are superb. The installers under Mitch were very professional and efficient. The week after installation we had below zero temperatures and we are very happy with the results of our new system. Thanks Save Home Heat!

I used Save Home Heat for several projects, including installation of mini-splits and a water heater replacement. For those jobs, they were efficient, professional, and installed according to code.

Unfortunately, in 2022, I had them install cove heaters, and they provided insufficient wattage to heat the room. When temperatures outside dropped below zero, the room would reach just over 60 degrees but no warmer. My electric bills were between 4 and 500 per month for my 1350 sq ft house, because the cove heaters were running 24/7 just to keep the room at 60 degrees.

I called back for the repair and purchased additional heaters myself. Eric Burk skipped the first repair appointment without contacting me, and I had to set up another appointment by calling the office. He did show up to the second appointment, but was clearly unhappy to be doing the repair. He left an ugly-looking junction box behind a heater.

The city inspector found a wire that was still exposed, so the installation did not pass the permit inspection. SHH refused to make the inspection correction because of the interpersonal problems with the previous repair.

I had good experiences the first 2 times and a very poor experience the third time. It cost me $11-12k after all the repairs, having new heaters shipped, and excessive heating bills, almost twice the cost of the original bid. I would have liked to have a company I could rely on and trust.

If everything goes right on the first installation, they're ok. Otherwise, I'd avoid.

Another great service experience with Save Home Heat Company. Jesus was highly knowledgeable about our thermostat issue and provided efficient and friendly service. We've been happy with all of our service with this company for 1 1/2 years, including maintenance calls and troubleshooting.

Referred to Save Home Heat by a co-worker and could not be happier with the experience. Our furnace was not running properly and I knew I needed some expert help.
Scheduling was friendly and easy (and timely). The service tech, John, was out the next day on time and courteous. He diagnosed the problem (capacitor) replaced the piece on the spot, and took the time to point out some basic furnace maintenance areas and how I could handle them myself. Overall a fantastic experience start to finish. I was very happy with the result, the professionalism, and the new HVAC company I have found. Thanks all for the quick and successful help!

The gentlemen who serviced our heating system were very experienced, speedy with their work and provided excellent costumer service. As home owners, we wanted to understand our heating system better, and they both took their time to explain things in laymen's terms so we have a better understanding how our condenser heater works. Anyone who is reading this review is probably deciding if Save Home Heat will be your best choice. As someone who just used their service, I recommend them. You might find cheaper, but I doubt you'll find the experience and peace of mind that your home is safe and healthy.

Mixed review here, timely response to fix the AC…A $125 show up fee is understandable, but when it turns into $625…warrants a review of actual customer service and what’s best for the customer. A simple recommendation that you can replace a $30 part yourself would be preferable…

Not pinning this the repair person as he was fine. But the business philosophy to do what’s best for the customer is BS. Asking if we want to replace the AC fuse now without providing insight to the actual cost to save $500 does not sit well, and feels like a super greasy contractor practice. The general population doesn’t know in the moment an AC fuse only costs $30… would recommend the transparency and actually customer service offering the customer the option. Happy to pay the $125 service and diganostic fee, I regret paying an additional $500!! For a fuse and not asking him to take the part out and I would just do it myself. Feels over the line of business and professional integrity…

We have been long time customers. They are fantastic! Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly. Great to work with. We highly recommend them.

I am late in sharing a review despite how much work Save Home has done for me, from a panel upgrade + heat pump installation to ongoing maintenance and repairs, going back to 2023.

For the initial installation in 2023, Save Home's team (electricians, HVAC installers, scheduling, sales) were all prompt, polite and easy to work with. We had a handful of novel challenges from the incoming city power supply to placement of new circuits and locating drains on the indoor head units. The team effectively worked through every problem and was on point supporting the city inspection process throughout.

Gabriel's been at our place multiple times to maintain our system and it's always great having him by. He always entertains my questions about the health of our heat pump system, how he and his team maintains them and keeps me aware of everything that's happening with our system. Save Home went out of their way to correct an issue on our heat pump system during the first maintenance - hugely appreciated and made a huge difference for us.

I'd absolutely recommend a Mitsubishi heat pump mini-split system, and I'd absolutely recommend working with Save Home for your home maintenance and project needs.

Save Home Heat just finished my install of a new HVAC system, 2 AC's and 2 new furnaces. They were fair and thorough in their bid and explanation and the team that arrived at my home made a tough job seem easy. They were professional, friendly, and concerned with doing the job right! Huge shout out to Victor, Mitchell, and Jack! I appreciate your hard work and dedication!

Clear, transparent, great at communicating, friendly, prompt, and they go the extra mile. Awesome customer service. When doing service on my furnace, they found the manual nearby and analyzed what extra work needed to be done, and presented me with their findings. Jeremy is so great. Then they helped me on-the-spot clean my bathroom vent. When raising my vent exhaust pipe on the exterior of the home, they did another couple inches to make sure it's definitely to code. Didn't try to oversell me on anything and were very honest. They have my business going forward and I'll recommend them to all my friends and family!
