Isaac showed up for the appointment for my fairly small landscaping job. It would involve removing a tree, several plantings, removing some edging stones from one bed, several plantings and adjusting sprinkler system and mulch. He totally ghosted me.

Isaac and his crew did a really great job. We had a terrible looking front lawn. My wife and I decided it needed improvement and decided to replace the existing worn out lawn with sod. We ended up having Hilltop Landscaping install new sod. Isaac and his crew did a really great job pulling up the existing terrible looking lawn and replaced it all with sod. Our new lawn turned out super. Hilltop Landscaping did a great job. Isaac and his crew did the whole project in 3 days. Isaac is also great guy and was wonderful to work with. He was also quite helpful setting up our sprinkler system. I recommend Isaac and Hilltop Landscaping.

We had a retaining wall installed in the front and back of our home by Isaac and his team, and my wife and I were very impressed with the work that was completed. Isaac was very receptive to any suggestions that we had during the process of the installation and made the changes without hesitation. I can't say enough good things about Hilltop Landscaping and Isaac (the owner of the business). I called Isaac out for a quote and immediately felt comfortable with him. He was never pushy or rude. His proposal was well thought out, reasonably priced, and ultimately resolved all of my issues.

Note that I'd researched my issues pretty extensively and spoke to several professional landscapers before looking for someone to do the work. I was pretty sure I knew what needed to be done, but I'm handicapped and couldn't do the work myself. I received multiple quotes (before hiring Isaac) that were just half-baked and wrong. It was frustrating to see other landscapers confidently tell me their solution would be fine when I knew it wouldn't. Isaac was the only one who actually knew how to properly fix things.

For more detail on the job: Hilltop Landscaping filled in a large void under the concrete slab on my front porch, added an attractive retaining wall, and built up dirt to ensure the erosion that was causing the original problem wouldn't happen again. He also somehow moved a giant rock to the other side of the driveway (by himself), repaired a broken sprinkler line, and filled in another erosion hole against my foundation caused by the failed sprinkler main he was repairing (that originally broke last fall.)

The final job looks great and his rates were reasonable. I've attached a before picture and couple after pictures of the work he did.

Importantly to me, after seeing Isaac work for just a few minutes, I knew I wouldn't have to hover over him all day long ensuring everything was done correctly. This was a rare occasion where I could just let someone I hired do their job. A very pleasant surprise!

A few weeks after Isaac finished the job, I noticed a leak in my sprinkler line near where he had worked. I sent him pictures and he immediately took ownership of the problem. He was out the same day to resolve the issue. This is another example of his integrity and reliability.

I sincerely can't recommend Hilltop Landscaping enough! I'm already planning on hiring him again to fix dead patches of grass in my backyard!

I can't recommend Isaac and his team enough! They redid our front yard, creating a beautiful border along our house, laying new sod and mulch, and adding a retaining wall. In the back, they laid pavers and rocks on our side pathways and a new concrete path to our garage. Isaac was an excellent communicator throughout the process. He talked me through the quote, timelines, and kept us up to date on progress. The team was professional, timely, and the work was beautiful! We are loving our new yard, it makes being outside so enjoyable. You should definitely look into Hilltop Landscaping for any yard or concrete needs!

I have a beautiful walkway, steps and rock wall built. The team showed up exactly when they told me they would, worked hard and finished on time.

Kevin and team did a great job and provided a quality job. We had a few issues with the supplier regarding the pavers, but once we got them in the job was completed quickly and professionally. We finally have a backyard we love.

Viewpoint Landscapes' handling of our patio was outstanding and professional starting with the suggestions for our original plan to its completion. Our initial idea was a concrete sidewalk on the side of our house to the backyard, then to the patio. We originally planned to extend our patio by adding a deck.

Kevin Nguyen recommended against the concrete sidewalk and wooden deck due to soil instability. He also stated that with weather conditions, especially dry, hot summers, that the deck would need to be rebuilt over time.

He instead suggested using pavers for the walkway and patio. Initially he drew a rough sketch showing us what he would do, and then in a few days developed a professional, computer-designed plan. It included a fire pit, wall around the pit, a waterfall feature, and a raised patio to extend the small one provided by our builder. He built the patio extension at the same level as our current one, making going in and out of our house simple. It included terraced steps leading to the grass level of our back yard.

Construction was also of excellent quality. His workers were professional, and extremely dedicated to the job. They worked very hard to compact the soil so as not have settling problems and used hi tech levels throughout the entire project.

This project exceeded our expectations. It included accent LED lighting and a colored LED light behind the water fall feature. The pavers used for the sidewalk and patio added so much style to our backyard!

Kevin Nguyen's vision and detail far exceeded what other landscapers provided. We highly recommend Viewpoint Landscapes for your outdoor needs. We were extremely pleased with their work!

Kevin did such an awesome job for us! He’s so knowledgeable and helped guide us through the planning for our backyard. We are a new construction home and also new to Colorado so we were looking for a landscape team who could share suggestions and knowledge. He’s professional, friendly and had great ideas to share that helped either fit our space better or talk cost options, everything. He built a great design plan for us so we could start to visualize the end result. It’s not a huge yard, but our pug loves every inch of it! Every time we have talked with him, we learn something! Initial design, estimate, contract, working with a gas line specialist to make sure things are done to code with the city, and the whole process of the build… his team, too, so hard working and friendly! The whole team is diligent, professional, ethical and always so helpful. We were a little sad when things finished and we didn’t see them everyday, but then our neighbor liked our experience so much that they are working with him, too, so we still get to see everyone! :-) In an industry where there are so many shady folks who take advantage, don’t have contacts or insurance and put homeowners at risk with their HOA or even the city (gas lines!!!) for real, folks…. I have been working with Viewpoint for the past 6 years. They do my spring clean up and fall prep every year. They have done a few big jobs at our homes in Louisville and then Lafayette. New grass, raised plant beds, flagstone patio plus an amazing flagstone raised flower bed that I just loved. I've been happy with their work and its at a fair price.
