Joe’s team came on time to fix my sprinkler manifold. They left the job site cleaner than they found it and accomplished their task in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

Utter waste of my time and money. Had them come out to replace sprinkler heads, dig in a drip line and test my sprinkler lines. Had to call them back twice. First time due to the person they sent only repairing (not replacing) one head, then aiming it into the street. NOTHING else was done. Second time because they replaced the heads but didn't hook one up altogether, just sitting in the ground, AND one of the heads in the backyard was aimed up under my deck, not into the yard in any way. AND THE JOB IS STILL NOT DONE, due to two heads leaking badly (probably 50-100 gal/day leaking), one head being dug a good 8-10" into the yard (almost ran it over with my lawnmower), at least 2 heads being installed 3-4" above flush with the ground, and abt least 3-4 head being installed angled, so the water will not spray evenly. After seeing how poor the work is after 2 callbacks, I refuse to let them touch my lawn/sprinklers again. I have to hire someone else to fix the poor quality. At this point I wouldn't hire them to pick up dog waste. And on top of all this they had the temerity to call, text and email me to harass me about paying only 8 days after issuing the invoice. Absolutely unprofessional and incompetent.
