A company that I have used for years. Had my air conditioner serviced today and am more than pleased with the service and professionalism that I received today. Ceaser was great. A company keeper.

Sadly, a mediocre job. We used Eastside for a new commercial HVAC system, and they did sloppy work - didn't set up a pump for condensate, for example. And now, 2 years later when we are having problems, they don't stand by their work. I wish I could recommend them, but I can't.

They are expensive in my opinion. Replaced one 3 amp fuse in my thermostat for $120. P.O. # 89300. I picked them up because they built my house in 2018. Next time I will try to find somebody else.

Installation was not a professional job. When they left there were gaps in the ducting in several locations. They also did a make shift job of trying to jerry rig where a filter goes instead of installing correctly. even after they came back a second time i had to do the repairs myself. Dont let them install anything you will regret it.

First time customer of Eastside Heating & Air and we were very pleased. Cesar was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Will use again and would definitely recommend based on price and service!

i have been using eastside for Six yes Six years and Never had a problem. they are competent professional and in six years have done perfect work.
i hightly recommend them to everyone--and am astounded that some people had an issue. Perhaps the issue wasnt with eastside, but with them.

Pete is awesome! I called first thing this morning thinking my A/C was out because I had no air going through my furnace of a house, and he helped guide me to fix my A/C without even needing to send a tech or anything! Was very appreciative of him to take the time to help me (and got a few laughs after I didn't electrocute myself)! Thank you so much again!

Ceasar, was on time, professional and knowledgeable. His inspection was thorough, and he kept me updated throughout the process. He was efficient and answered my questions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of heating and/or AC service.

It turned out I had a major problem (someone had tried to steal my outside unit and had cut all the lines). East side was awesome, made the time to fix and get it running, and worked super efficiently and were patient with all my questions. I would recommend these guys for sure. Were great to work with.

Eastside just checked and serviced my furnace and AC. The technician, Cesar, who came was great; very professional, thorough, and friendly. He didn't rush through it and addressed the concerns I had. I'd recommend Eastside to anyone.

Can’t thank Luis and Nester enough for coming out so promptly to check on our furnace. It got down to -2 degrees last night and our 6 month old’s room was 63 degrees when our house was set at 75. They came out immediately and helped us out. Highly recommend these guys if you ever need anything hvac or furnace related.

I wanted to say thanks to Fernando and the team @ Eastside Heating & Air Conditioning. I woke up to my house way below the set temp. I called another company and was not able to get an appointment. I got in touch with Eastside Heating & Air Conditioning. Getting a same day appointment is pretty difficult but in this weather I did not want to risk pipes freezing or my family being cold.

I explained in detail what steps I took to see what was wrong with it and although Eastside Heating was not able to get me an appointment; Fernando gave me some advice on what steps to take to fix it as he said "We don't like to see families without heat in this weather". Within 5 mins of doing what he advised... Up and running like a chap.

Not only did he save the day, his knowledgeable troubleshooting and advise on what steps to take save me some $$ as well.

I have them down to come out in April and install some A/C for my home and would recommend them just from this experience/knowledge to my friends and family.

I've always said "If you think paying an expert is expensive, Pay and amature twice!"

Would not recommend, we've had problems twice now and both times I've had a tech from a different HVAC companies come out they've advised us of mistakes that were made with the original install. One would have been a $500 fix for us....they came and "corrected" it. Second we were quoted $800 to fix because they cut the box that provides the airflow to the system too small. Both are mistakes that really shouldn't be made by an HVAC company. Wouldn't trust them to touch our AC unit again.

Efren came out to check the HVAC due to a water leak appearing in my dry wall. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Even though we don’t have a solution just yet, he presented a lot of options. Will be using them again.

My technician, Ceasar, was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. His inspection was thorough, but efficient and he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The service was reasonably priced and I will recommend this company to family, friends and neighbors in need of heating and/or AC service.

My neighbor was having them do a/c work and when I came home they were blocking my driveway. I told them, nicely that they were too close and they looked at me like I had two heads. They could have easily moved as there was plenty of room between their vans but they chose to not do anything. Nice, glad I'm not their customer and hope that isn't a reflection of their work or professionalism but it probably is.
