I had an excellent experience with Tonville HVAC. Benjamin and Joel did a fantastic job replacing my home’s HVAC system with a new heat pump. They were professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable about rebate programs, which saved me a lot of money. The new heat pump is incredibly efficient and whisper-quiet. Overall, their work was precise, accurate, and completed quickly. I’m very glad I chose Tonville HVAC, and a big thumbs up to Benjamin and Joel for their outstanding service!

This company truly provides 5-Star service — from customer care and integrity to honesty and quality of work. Last winter, both of my furnaces went out during the freezing cold, and although they were fully booked, Benjamin made sure to fit me into his schedule and promptly serviced both units.

This summer, I thought I had an AC issue, and once again Benjamin quickly scheduled a visit. He walked me through the problem and discovered it wasn’t AC-related at all. Thanks to his honesty, I was pointed in the right direction and even given a recommended company to help.

I can't thank these guys enough! Outstanding work by outstanding people! We had some cold days, the heater broke, and they came through to install the new furnace without missing a beat. We went with the two stage ECM furnace, and now the house heats up so much faster than it ever did before. Thanks guys!

Tonville HVAC LLC did a whole new heat pump system for us for heating and cooling. They were prompt at getting us on the schedule for the job . The installer work really hard and nonstop to get the job done quickly. They helped us with all the rebates and discounts. They gave us an extra 5% off for paying cash. The job was done almost 3 months ago and we have had no problem with the equipment. They had also been very responsive to me with questions.

Definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
