These guys are amazing. Our water heater was on the fritz and they came by a day early to look at it. They even worked late to install the part we needed. I can't recommend these guys enough.

When we found out the split unit they installed had a manufacturer error, Jacoby did a thorough job of finding a solution, connecting with LG, and eventually replacing the unit. Appreciated that he followed though on getting it fixed even though it was a complicated issue.

Valley Heating delivers top notch customwr service! Their employees are polite, respectful, honest and they do an outstanding job explaining the troubles with our tenants furnaces and a/c units. They show up on time! I would highly recommend Valley Heating!!

Called about 3 weeks ago, left a message. Didn't get a call back, after a day. Called back and was told they didn't get my message. Came out and repaired A.C., 2 days ago...not working again. Called and same thing, left message, called back was told no message was found, can't get to me until next Tuesday. Booked the appointment, only to cancel 1 hour later. Found someone, through our business, that is coming out tomorrow.

I tried to buy a igniter for my furnace that A&H told me they had in stock. I was told by woman on the phone that she needed to leave for a meeting but to come by in an hour. I stopped by the shop prior to that hour expiring since I was nearby and thought maybe someone else would be able to help. I met a guy to worked there who warned me to make sure to call ahead because the woman who worked there wasn't always reliable regarding when she would be there. After waiting an hour I called... No answer, left VM. Called again 30 mins later, no answer. Finally bailed and drove to a real store with people that work at said store. I called A&H again to ask why they weren't there when they said they would be, or return a call... The person I spoke to the first time said s"orry my meeting ran late, but I'm pulling in now". Glad I didn't wait 3 hours for her to show up. If you're not a retail store, please tell callers that you don't provide retail customer service.

these guys are rip off artists! i had them out to fix my AC and they didnt put the bolts back in for the outter housing. the fan is held in place by the outter shell and since the repair guy didnt bolt it back together, the fan came loose and broke apart. The owner of the company said he would send the Tech back out and fix it for no charge. then I got a $129 charge in the mail a few days later. when I told him that I wasnt going to pay it he said he would just turn me into collections and that I was just a little pebble in the raod and that I didnt matter. This company is TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Had them come and service the heater and ac the tech was good but when we called back because tthere was a drainage problem they sent someone out and it was handled, then a day later the fan was not shutting off, we called the office and we're told they couldn't come out... They actually were very rude...my question is should they not have fixed the problem the first visit when they were supposed to have compcompleted a full service...the timing is horrible because we are selling the home and do not want the new owners having to handle an issue that was paid for and not handled. In short the person who schedules appointments is rude unprofessional and I would say this is company that cannot be trusted.

We used to love dealing with A&H Valley Heating & Air Conditioning until lately. We called on a Sat. because our attic fan went out during the hottest days of the summer. We were told someone would be there Monday. No one Monday, called on Tuesday, no one Tuesday, called on Wednesday. Still NO ONE came, no one called (they said they did but didn't tell us so we weren't home). Then I looked them up on the BBB and saw they had a D rating. Have a new person servicing my home now. Much happier now.

A & H came out to my home in Lochbuie to proform a standard inspection and certification on our A/C and heater for our house sale. My wife and I were very happy with their work and was very pleased when they sent Jimmy back out to address an issue we thought we had.

It turns out there was nothing wrong but we needed to add a filter to a vent that was pulling in air and vibrating very loudly.

As embarrassing as this sounds Jimmy was very nice and humble about my mistake!

Needless to say I would not hesitate to call them back to do more work for me in the future!!!

Jacoby and his crew were Great!!!! My A/C went out in the middle of July, I called them on a Wednesday morning they diagnosed my system that afternoon, my A/C was up and running Friday at 6:00 PM..... Working Great!! for thousands less than I was quoted from other HVAC companies quoted..

Jacoby and Jimi are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They are both friendly and hardworking!

The service tech (Jacoby) was at my house within an hour of calling, on a Sunday night nonetheless. He was very professional, clean and knew exactly what was going on with my furnace. Great job! I will definitely use A&H valley again and would refer them to a friend.

Excellent Service all around. I needed a motherboard replaced. I was expecting the worse by the look of the damn thing. Jacoby was great. He told me the issue, suggested a solution, ran back to the shop and grab what he needed and returned in no time. He even offered a temporary solution if the correct part wasn't there. I had heat in no time.

Overall great service, great price. Happy customer.

A & H Valley did a great job with our boiler installation even after a few hiccups. First they came and installed a tankless boiler to replace the old boiler and gave me a great deal on it. However, the new tankless, high efficiency boiler ended up being a pain in the neck. It would shut off for no reason with different error codes. I contacted Jacobi and he tried to fix it, but it didn't work. I also had other professionals from the manufacturer come out and look at it, but no one could get it to work right. It was annoying having the boiler turn off randomly, no heat in the house. But Jacobi committed to getting it right, so after some time of back and forth, figuring things out, he came and replaced the tankless boiler with a new, regular boiler. This one works great, heats up great, and no issues after like 4 months running. Thank you for seeing this through.

My ignitor on my furnace went out. While trying to install the part that we bought from A&H we accidently broke it. Not only did they have another part in-house, but they were very polite and extremely helpful. Ashley was very compassionate about our situation.

Jacoby came and replaced our old thermostat with a smart one for free. He was fast, efficient and knowledgeable about our cooling and heating system and answered all of our questions. Very professional!

2023...I contacted Tonville HVAC on a referral by another HVAC company, (which said a lot to me about Tonville's reputation). I received a reply right away and was able to set up an appointment for the very next morning. Ben arrived on time and not only took care of the issues I had (ducting in crawl space under house had separated from main duct and someone had left the old access door on the far side of crawl space open under the deck). Th job was completed quickly, effectively and done with a smile, at a reasonable. Tonville will definitely be my go-to for future needs and I recommend them highly!
2025...My air conditioning suddenly went out on a hot May day. The problem was at the furnace, it made a buzzing noise, had a slight melted electrical smell and would not turn on to circulate cool air. I turned off unit at the breaker and called Tonville. Ben called me back that night and came out as soon as I could work it out with my schedule which was a day and a half later. Turns out the condenser for the furnace had gone out. Ben replaced it and also checked the AC unit itself. The whole visit was reasonably priced and done efficiently. I highly recommend Tonville for all your HVAC needs!
