Dennis G. came out for routine maintenance on hot water heater. Very polite and professional, great sense of humor. He took good care of our home and thoroughly checked out water heater. Replaced the corroded anode and checked into a main drain issue and referred the issue to get another opinion.
I appreciated the time he spent explaining things about the copper lines and the water heater itself. Great guy personally, we seem to always get lucky with cool, smart, well trained and educated in their trade, down to earth professionals with FixIt 24/7.

Joshua came out to do pre summer service on our Trane unit. He was on time, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He showed me pictures and videos of everything he did. Before he came out, the office called to set up the appointment to make sure our unit was serviced before summer. They reminded me and were always courteous. 100% recommend this company

I had Quentin H came out for some plumbing issues and he was very respectful, professional, approachable, friendly, and receptive in conversation. Gave me some quotes on some issues and wasn’t pushing to get them done respectfully stated when I was ready and able he would take care of them.

William West was very efficient. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in what he did and explained everything he had done and what we needed done for our unit to work at it's fullest.

We experienced difficulties with the improper installation of our air conditioning system. Despite six visits from the technician, the issue persisted, and we sought a resolution. We contacted Fix-it 24/7, and it turned out to be the best decision, as their technician, Kaleb, identified the errors and successfully corrected the installation. We are very grateful for the excellent service.

Fix it 24/7, in my opinion is top shelf. Their people are always informed, educated, & ready to get the job done with smiles on their faces. I have not had a bad technician come out in the 8 years we have worked with 24/7. The green card program is fantastic, it covers the 3 appliances, 2 more on the horizon, maintenance program with a no cost to us at the time of service. One cannot go wrong, my opinion, by 24/7 installing and maintaining the major appliances in our homes.

Michael, Dennis, Krystal, and others that came or called from Fix-it 24/7, went above and beyond to help us when our basement plumbing overflowed. We were very impressed with Michael M’s know how (their supervisor technician), and worked tirelessly to get things fixed when our plumbing wasn’t working properly and our basement flooded. Michael and all we worked with were knowledgeable, prompt, professional, courteous, polite, kind, respectful, and very concerned that we had things taken care of by them as quickly as possible so that our water flow was restored and working again. Ruben was absolutely fantastic. He was the second tech I had called out to fix my HVAC, and he immediately identified an issue the previous tech had overlooked that resulted in an easy and simple fix. Ruben’s demeanor is calm and reassuring. He worked quickly, efficiently, and he was honest and transparent in both his assessment and in setting my own expectations. There were zero surprises involved in his visit, and if I could pay extra to leave six stars I would. Someone needs to make him mayor, he knows what he doing.

Taylor did our furnace maintenance today and was super thorough in cleaning and taking many meter measurements while explaining every step to my wife and I.

Had family visiting and was in need of some drains unclogged. Fix it got me on the schedule today which was such a relief. Andrew C was the tech who came out was very knowledgeable knew what caused my issues fixed them right away. I am so happy I can now enjoy time with family. Great company to work with. Michelle

Furnace went out yesterday, called Fix-it 24/7 and they showed up within an hour of making the appointment, they’re tech Antonio was easy to talk to he explained what was wrong and ensured he can fix it and within 2 hours our furnace was up and running again! Will definitely be calling them for any future repairs!

I had Fix-It 24/7 complete my annual air conditioner service. It’s a brand new system we’ve only had for a year. The technician who came out prior to Leo to complete the service failed to inform us that since the system was shut off for a while it would have to “relearn the house” so the system might run continuously for a while. Needless to say, I was highly concerned when the system wouldn’t shut off. They happily sent out a Senior Technician to address my concerns. Leo arrived and it was easy to see that he’s an absolute expert with High Efficiency units because he immediately knew what was going on but still took the time to run several tests in order to make certain everything was running properly, and remove my concern of any system damage. Leo graciously took the time to provide additional education regarding our Daikin System and its operation, which we desperately needed! I couldn’t be more satisfied! If you have issues with consistent air flow and stable temperatures upstairs and downstairs, I strongly suggest you call Fix-It 24/7 and ask them about installing a High efficiency unit because I guarantee you, they’ll “Fix” you up 😂 and their customer service is second to none!

Quentin was great. He went above and beyond helping us and getting everything fixed. He is not only a great worker but an exceptional person. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Quentin for doing an exceptional job.

We love that 24/7 is low pressure and not high sells. They give their professional opinion on how to increase the longevity of our current systems vs recommending new things like a furnace. William W was knowledgeable, very professional, and explained everything where I felt like I could make an informed decision on how we would like to move forward. Would highly recommend!
