Great service would recommend!

If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would! Gabriel came to my rescue! I had a heating issue and he responded fast and got me up and running while I was on vacation! Another company diagnosed a bad board and that it was going cost $1200 to fix. I contacted Gabriel and it ended up being a $40 limit switch that was bad. My pups and I are grateful to be able to work with such a prompt, customer driven professional with integrity like Gabriel @ Eden Air!

Gabriel came out & did a great job, found the problem & returned quickly to get it back up & running. I've never had someone work so quick & understand how important it was to get it back up and running. I highly recommend them!

We had the dryer vents cleaned. The technician was polite, on time,and knowledgeable. He showed a picture of the finished work. The duct looked like new. Great job.

I had a pipe burst at my place and Gabriel was so helpful with every step of the process; locating the bad pipe and providing info for my Insurance claim. Kevin repaired the plumbing after hours so I would not be without water. Angel and Ezekiel installed my new furnace today. This company has been my go to for everything for over a year.

We recently had our hvac system serviced and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional and efficient. The technician arrived on time, was courteous and clearly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered all our questions, and completed the work with great attention to detail. We highly recommend their services and thank you for your excellent service!

This company initially appeared professional, but the experience deteriorated rapidly and ultimately became the worst vendor interaction I’ve encountered in over ten years of managing properties and owning homes.

Although an early misunderstanding about the job details was clarified, subsequent interactions revealed serious issues. When I asked standard questions about billing or requested explanations for charges—something required when overseeing rental properties—the owner, Gabriel, responded with hostility and unprofessional behavior.

His communication included profanity, personal insults, dismissive and demeaning remarks, threats to refuse future service, threats to bill without completing work, and repeatedly ending conversations abruptly.

The pricing was significantly higher than comparable providers, and the charges lacked clarity and justification. Overall, the experience showed a lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability. I would not feel comfortable trusting this company with any rental property and recommend choosing a more reputable vendor.

Our downstairs furnace conked out at the beginning of winter, blowing just cold air. After calling multiple other metro area HVAC companies, we grew frustrated with $1000-3000 quotes just to clean it, THEN see what the issue was (apparently nothing could be done until it was cleaned first--but again, totally our fault for skimping on maintenance, that's on us obviously, but here we are).

Given that it could be something serious, we didn't want to throw money at it if replacement was going to be needed anyway, so this was frustrating that an actual diagnosis of the issue first. Thank goodness we found Eden Air!

Angel came over and--where no other company could even get it started up--got it working for us that night. He didn't try to give us "the talk" about the $$ we should put into it, just got it working. The next day, it stopped working again (which we expected it to be a bigger issue) and Angel came back over and dove deeper into it.

Unlike other companies, Angel was able to determine--without a massive cleaning first--that the heat exchanger was indeed cracked. (I saw it and verified it myself). Bad news for us, but at least we didn't dump $1-3K into it! Eden gave a reasonable and competitive quote for a quality Rheem furance and Angel and Zeke installed it on the weekend for us (which was great because of our busy two-parent working schedule with kids).

Furnance is quiet, works great and we're confident that we've finally found a good HVAC company we can rely on. Don't throw your money at these big box HVAC guys in the shiny vans and the doom & gloom scenarios--go with a company that doesn't try to inflate its prices and service charges, but that still offers quality, licensed HVAC service. Also, super-great customer service from Angel, Zeke, Kevin, and Jennifer the whole time. We'll be back!

TLDR: This company doesn't give you the high-price, sales pitch BS; instead they actually find and fix problems with competitive rates, not insane numbers.

5 Stars – Jack to the Rescue!
Huge thanks to Jack, our superstar electrician! I realized I had no power in my room and was in a bit of a panic. Jack came from far away after hours and saved the day. He was polite, professional, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The entire Fix It process was convenient and helpful, and special shout-out to Ana, who followed up consistently until she connected me with amazing Jack. Truly grateful for the support – highly recommend!

This company tried to take us for over 20 thousand for a furnace, ac unit and install. We called 2 other companies with all the same certifications and got the exact same items for a quarter of the price. Not half not a third literally a quarter of the price from two other companies. I get overhead and people need to make money but to try and take advantage of people in need is crazy. We were willing to pay more for a company with reputation but these guys took that notion and made us sick to our stomach. It literally made a bad situation worse. Never call these guys.
