I cannot say enough good things about On Time Heating and Air! When my AC decided to call it quits at the worst possible moment, I was in full panic mode. I called them last minute, and not only did they squeeze me into their already packed schedule, but they went above and beyond what I ever expected.

The technician showed up at my door at 9 PM - yes, 9 PM! - after what I’m sure was already a long day of service calls. Instead of rushing through the job or suggesting I wait until the next day, he rolled up his sleeves and got my AC back up and running. That’s what I call true dedication to customer service!

I am very satisfied with the service I received from On Time. I needed a second opinion after being told our furnace was "dead" by another company after they looked at it. Hamid came out quickly and immediately diagnosed the problem and that the furnace did not need to be replaced. He ordered the part and was back and had it fixed within just a couple of days.
