Mehdi was amazing! He came to our house to drain our water heater and I mentioned that I have a leaky shower handle. He went and checked it out and proceeded to go out and get the replacement part we needed. He ended up being at our house for quite a bit. He was so kind and helpful to fix my shower while he was there!!! You don't find many repair people who would go out of their way like that. I can't thank him enough for taking care of my issues! Speaking specifically to Tahar S. He did such an amazing job.. he was really personal and professional. Not really a big fan of fix 24/7 though. Had my heater for 2yrs and already gone out. Plus I have had constant problems with our AC unit..
But if you need some one to fix it ask for Tahar S.

What a scam of a company. Was told my 12 year old furnace was on it's last leg and if I agreed to get a new one with them within 24 hours they would give me a "discount". Had two other HVAC companies come out for a second opinion and they said my furnace is fine. This company is worse than a used car dealership and I'm sure they will delete this negative review too...

My furnace stopped working and Fix-It 24/7 sent their technician, Jackson M., out within just a few hours of my call. Jackson was incredibly nice, courteous, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and it was obvious he’s very knowledgeable and experienced.

The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and my furnace was up and running quickly. I really appreciated the excellent service and would absolutely recommend Fix-It 24/7—especially Jackson M.—to anyone needing HVAC help.

I would not recommend this company to anyone our furnace went out. We reached out to the company to have them come and inspect the furnace and repair the furnace as needed. The tech determined it was our control panel was out and fixed it. Which come to find out that part is $124 we were charged $1000.00 I do understand markup, and labor and that this is the business and they need to make money, but that is a ridiculous markup. Less than a week later, the furnace went out again. When I reached out again, I was told that dispatch would reach out to me with a timeframe for a tech to arrive. No one reached out to me. The tech just showed up at the house with no notice. My dad answered the door. The tech was quite rude to him, which to me is completely unacceptable. My dad showed the tech where the furnace is. The tech did not even test anything. He just automatically said it was the condenser, even though nothing was mentioned to us about the condenser from the first technician. Then he informed us it was going to be about 2 to 3 Thousand dollars to repair not including labor. Upon him leaving, he mentioned that my water heater has a little leak and is about to explode. I did have another plumber look at the water heater He mentioned that it was not going to explode, and that was just a scare tactic used by this tech. That water heater has been replaced within the last year by another company. I am a home owner and on my account it mentions to reach out to me with any information. That was not done by the second tech nor was an email sent to me with any information.Due to the second tech, I would not recommend this company due to his unprofessionalism, and lack of communication.

Evan did a great job flushing out our hot water heater. Was very thorough in checking all the components and explained what was to be done and needed. Did the company thing and made some recommendations but was honest in admitting that the issues were not critical. Will continue to use them if they continue to be forthright. They are very helpful to veterans! Free membership in their "hero" program which provides free inspections!

Everyone involved in this furnace replacement has been wonderful. From initial tech, Joe, to Caleb who quoted unit and explained every thing well, to the two installation techs ( don’t have their names) to Tyler who came afterward to handle an associated plumbing issue and when above and beyond for us. Will definitely call them for future needs that arise. Thank you!
