Omar was great! Responded to a late afternoon call quickly, problem solved the issue, and got my drains cleared so I could get back to business. Without drains it pretty much shuts down the brewery. I will call again if I need help in the future.

I CANNOT rave enough about Omar and Plumb Masters! With the Polar Vortex bringing down temperatures to the negatives and so many people dealing with frozen water pipes or even burst pipes, I found myself a landlord with some serious water issues at my rental property and my tenants without water. Omar came to the rescue and was able to graciously fit it into his schedule to make an emergency visit... I cannot THANK YOU ENOUGH!! I will recommend and promote your business with every chance I get.

We had hire this company on multiple jobs the last 5 years, bathrooms remodeling, basement finish, etc etc, and the work is been great. Definitely recommend, and will keep using them for all our future projects.

My sewer line backed up and caused flooding in my basement. I called Omar and he asked for some more details on the situation and then showed up no more than 30 minutes later. He was very knowledgeable and explained different possible causes of the problem and showed where the different components in the system are and then got to work.

Omar had the problem fixed in no time and at a more than fair price. 10/10. Will go to him for future plumbing solutions.

Omar is a lifesaver!! Our sewer backed up late at night and left our family of 5 without water. Anyone with kids knows how bad of a situation that can turn into! 3 kids, no toilet...... equals a disaster!!!!! Lol! He came out at 10:30pm and got us back up and running. It turns out that our problem was a lot more serious than we thought. Our main line that connects to the city was collapsing. Like I said earlier, he was able to get us back up and running until we could get someone else in that specializes in repairing big fixes like that. He referred us to another company that was able to repair the pipe and literally saved us over $10,000! He is honest, does great work and deserves your business! Thanks again Omar!!

Good plumbers are hard to find. Today, I found one! Omar did some work at my house and there is still more to do. He was professional (on time!), smart (was able to solve the problem), fair (the price was not scary) and knew exactly what to do. I will now use him for all my plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

Omar did a great job in our home, running gas lines. He is professional, reliable and does very good work. He is also a very nice guy and very easy to work with. He’s now my go-to plumber.

We recently purchased a home and needed a new water heater shortly after moving in. I contacted several plumbers for quotes. Omar called me back within 10 minutes. He’s a straight up honest man who tells you what you need to know. He was able to come the next day and get the water heater in at a fair cost. He’s conscientiousness and efficient and did a good job.

Omar was great. He called prior to showing up and was on time. He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Best of all he was able to solve my issue very quickly for a very reasonable price. I would suggest him over any of the big box corporations.

We have gone through A LOT of plumbers over the past 3 years and haven’t found anyone That is honest and that we can rely on. I am really grateful we found Omar.

We needed a water heater replaced and a main line clean out. He explained our options for the water heater, found something that worked for our budget, and he did a really great job and got it done quickly.

He also advised that we should wait to do the main line clean out, explaining that spring is not the best time to do it as it will make roots grow back faster. Other plumbers I talked to were happy to just take my money and do it without letting me know it would be in our best I interest to wait a little longer.

Awesome service! A pipe in our basement burst overnight. Omar was able to fit us into his schedule and had the problem fixed quickly. He did a great job for a fair price. Definitely going to recommend Sewer Solvers to all my friends!

7/11/24- My property managers use these people for their work. I wouldn’t use them personally. I needed a water pressure issue fixed and the first attempt was a huge failure. The younger plumbers that showed up the first day did not even let me know they were here professionally. They admitted they were a couple of rookies and they didn’t really know what they were doing all the way. That’s not very comforting from the start. They did the work terribly. When they first did the work there was water gushing out of my back area and no pressure on the Inside of my place. I let them know there wasn’t very good pressure on the inside. Then they fixed it. Then when they left, they didn’t let me know they were leaving and finished with the work. I go out to check the work the outside presentation of the faucet was terrible. So I proceeded to call Omar the owner manager who ever he is to complain about this. He makes excuses and is very argumentative to begin with not letting me finish what I was saying, talking over me to begin with, and being rude. He then states to me that he just lost a master plumber and he had to give the van to a couple of younger plumbers. That tells me right there there was no master plumber on site at my house the first day they came. The rookies on day one were also asking to use tools that I have here because I mentioned my husband was a plumber in the past. Don’t you have your own tools in the van? I gave them two screws that go through brick, the more expensive ones. I also made it very clear not to leave any gaps opened up. They completely ignored that request too. I let him know about all of that. Then he says he’s going to make it right and come fix it as long as I don’t complain to my leasing company. I had already complained to my leasing company because they shouldn’t be hiring people that do shoddy work. He seemed irritated by that as well. But still proceeded to let me know he would come fix it and for me to please let them know and give him a chance to fix it. So as I was letting my leasing company know not to discredit them as a vendor as I got ready to leave to the hardware store after I spoke to Omar about two hours after his workers left, I go outside to go to the hardware store and they left my crawlspace open as well. My 11 year-old and I had to lift a heavy metal top to the crawl space and put it back. I did let my property manager know about that, and I took pictures and sent them over. By then I was already upset about what had happened before hand And at that point didn’t understand why I was asking her not to discredit them to be completely honest. Fast forward to today the next day 7/12/24. Omar starts out professional. Let me know he’s coming to fix the issue Via text message. Seems like it was gonna be great and professional until he shows up. He says the job isn’t that bad that they did, but there were exposed screws I have children here so I don’t need holes or exposed screws near my faucet area. He argues with me about that tells me it was completely anchored in when it clearly wasn’t. He basically brought one of the people from yesterday to try to argue with me, saying I was lying about everything that I said about them. I have Security cameras all over my house record at all times. I have proof of everything. Cameras don’t lie, especially when they have recording on them. My whole point was it was very unprofessional to come the next day and try to brand me as a liar. I did not appreciate that at all. I also didn’t appreciate the sarcasm at the end when he brought me four screws to make up for the ones that they took. I felt like he was being sarcastic and unprofessional when he did that as well. As you can on the before and after photos I have on here, there is a huge difference in the work. Omar may have done a good job, but he is not good with people. He also seemed more worried about losing my leasing company then what happened at my rental property and that is why if needed a plumbing company, I would go elsewhere.

On Veterans day we lost our Hot water tank. Contacted Omar and he was here and fixed the issue in a hour. Was Polite and very courteous and respectful. Told us step-by-step what was gonna happen and what he was going to do, we were never left out the dark. I would highly recommend him to anybody.

Omar is amazing. Thought I had to replace my main shut off valve since it broken off and he came over looked around said only needs to take what was left of handle and get a new one. No tearing into my walls or nothing. If anything else arises he will be the first person I call! Highly recommended.

Omar is great! When your hot water tank decides it is done on a Friday evening, and water is going everywhere, to have someone come out in 10 minutes is amazing. He took one look at the 50 year old plumbing and told me what was needed. Got things set for the night, then started the next morning early to get everything done. Replaced the antique water heater, fixed the toilet leak and it only took a couple hours. Honest and very reasonable!
