Amazing!! I would give 6 stars if I could. I called and they came out same day one hour from my call. Very professional and had all the tools and equipment necessary to get the job done. Best customers service I have had from a plumbing company and the price was extremely fair and reasonable. In fact I think they did me a favor 😊 recommending them to all my friends and family and will be a long term customer.

My water heater decided to go out and flood the basement. After calling 6 different plumbers and giving them the info on my water heater, Omar was the only one that recognized that my water heater was under warranty. The other plumbers seemed to want to make a quick buck rather than be honest. Omar was honest and reasonable with his offer. He was fast, efficient, and very pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good plumber.

Today we woke up to our water heater leaking all over the basement floor, Omar was able to get to the house super fast and verify the the problem. Omar was extremely professional and though he had other jobs throughout the day he offered to help us right away which made his work day even longer, just to help us so we didn’t have to wait the weekend without hot water. Omar did a great job with the install and hall away of our water heater everything looks very clean I’d 100% recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber.

I had Omar out to do some plumbing corrections I needed done for a sale of home. He was able to make it out under 24 hours and get the job done for a great price!

Omar was amazing! I needed to have a eight water shutoffs installed and some re-plumbing done in a multifamily home to meet the requirements for the contract to purchase the property. Omar was the only plumber to fully identify the solution during the estimate. He gave a very reasonable quote which remained as the final price. Omar was able to start the work very quickly to meet the tight timeline for the inspection. The work took all day and was completed very professionally, with each shutoff easily accessible and properly labeled. He even re-plumbed a toilet and fixed a drain, which was beyond the scope of work! Without him, I would not have passed the inspection and would still be looking for a home. I will definitely be using Omar for all my future plumbing needs! Thanks!

We needed a Plumber to assist us with running plumbing from our home to a new outdoor pavilion (which was still in the process of being built). We were given Omar's (Plumb Masters) name from the Contractor we were working with and we are very glad we were introduced to him.

From the first time Omar called us to schedule an appointment to review our project, to working on the project, to cleaning up after the project, Omar communicated with us each step of the way! He was professional, knowledgable, and friendly!

Omar contacted us whenever he was about to arrive for an appointment and he was always on time. Also, he knew our contractor was waiting for the plumbing to be finished so Omar and his team worked very hard in getting the job done quickly - and efficiently!

The team ran a supply pipe, using a flexible line, from our home to the outdoor pavilion. The pipes were secure and Omar also ensured we had shutoff valves and made things easy for us when it comes to winterizing the line in the Colorado winter. At all times, Omar and his team were professional and friendly and the area in which they worked were cleaned up after they finished their work.

My refrigerator waterline had a very old valve under my sink and it was continually leaking. Omar and Eli showed up within 30 minutes of me calling them and replaced the valve plus fixed my loose sink faucet in under an hour. Their work was extremely professional, quick, and I’ve had no issues since they came out. I would highly recommend their services for any and all plumbing needs. Not to mention, their prices are unbeatable!

Choosing a plumbing contractor is not easy. The big guys are expensive and it’s not easy to find a quality mom and pop shop. Our framing contractor had worked with Omar before and suggested we give him a chance to quote the job. The young men who assessed the job were really thorough ( which the big name company was not ) and super respectful. The quote came in very reasonable so we decided to give them a shot. We were extremely pleased with that decision! Our project involved a gas line, water and drain. Omar is a master plumber and proved that with his work. He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. They dealt with unforeseen problems quickly without missing a beat and finished the rough in that same day. It is rare to find people who as easy to get along with as Omar and his crew much less contractors. We have been blessed to find both with Plumb Masters.

Omar was able to give us the correct diagnosis to fix our sewer after two other plumbers missed the problem. Got right on it, repaired the problem, and cleaned up the mess. This is the company to call, very professional!

I called this company at 5:50pm and was so impressed that Jayce answered! We had a relatively urgent situation with a water heater valve and he was able to fit us in the next day! Great job, knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonable pricing! We subsequently retained them to replace a sink also for us. They are now my go to plumber!
