They are amazing! Shortly after reaching out about my issue through their Facebook business page, I received a call from the owner, Jace. Much to my delight, he let me know that Alex would be able to come help us within a few hours. Alex was friendly, professional, and provided excellent service. He was able to remove our hose from the stubborn spigot and explained that the issue is very common in our area due to the hard water and calcium that builds up. Gave me advice to prevent future issues. Highly recommend!
