We started with Colorado House Cleaning a few months ago and Thelma and her team are fantastic! I love that they let me know the day prior when they will be arriving and are both fast and thorough with their cleaning. I think they are a great team and I am enjoying a clean home again!

When I first met Thelma she walked around my house and took detailed notes as to what we would like to have done. Each time her and her team come they do everything exactly they way I asked them to. We were in a pinch… our previous cleaning team had canceled on us last minute and we were two days out from family coming in town for the holidays AND we had just finished a 9 month renovation and dust was EVERYWHERE…

Thelma and her team were miracle workers… they were able to slot us in the next day, brought over a team of 8 people and cleaned 5000 sq feet in 2 hours. They finished literally as my parents walked in through the door after a long travel day and they were SO impressed with how the house looked (it was a mess 2 hours earlier).

I cannot express how appreciative I am for Thelma and her team. I will happily continue to work with them going forward.

We have used Colorado House Cleaning crew for a few years for both routine cleaning and deep cleans. Thelma and her crew are efficient and thorough. Things are very rarely damaged or broken, but when it happens, Thelma is quick to let me know about it and try to solve the problem. She is great about communicating what day and time they will be arriving the day before a cleaning, and if they are running ahead or behind schedule she always lets me know in advance.

They are flexible around travel and guests and she does her best to accommodate varied schedules, preferred time of day, etc.

Pricing is reasonable, especially when they are scheduled for consistent cleanings. First cleaning and deep cleans cost more but the work is commensurate with the work provided.

Thelma and her team are fantastic! They are always on time, come in with a big crew and are in and out in an hour, are reasonably priced, and have insurance. And the communication (and willingness to be flexible with scheduling) is wonderful. Highly recommend them!

Altitude Irrigation has been taking wonderful care of our irrigation system since 2023. I highly recommend them for their quality of service! Our most recent turn-on service was done by Mike who took the time to inspect and troubleshoot our system and make the needed repairs. The owner, Derrek Shorrock, always responds quickly and courteously to questions, and the website makes it a breeze to schedule appointments and ask questions.

Mike did a stellar job on our sprinkler system repair. The entire plumbing on the side of the house needed to be redone, including the backflow, manifold, and valves. He kept in constant communication with us during the project that day as far as costs, preferences, and progress. He restored the walkway, etc... back to its original ascetics after the project. He was very friendly, professional, and a joy to work with.

Mike was very knowledgable and kind, and got my sprinkler system repaired and ready for the summer. This is the second time that Altitude has done wonderful work for us, and I am happy to recommend them.
