I was so impressed with Derek and Altitude Irrigation. I have worked with two other companies in the front range, but they didn't come close to the knowledge, competency, and efficiency of Altitude Irrigation. They were able to diagnose and fix the problems with my sprinkler system (other companies dismissed by concerns without any kind of systematic diagnosis).

Excellent service and got things done quickly and explained everything perfectly so I can keep a better eye on the system going forward. Highly recommend the Altitude Irrigation team, great attitudes and extremely helpful.

I have been using Altitude Irrigation for a couple of years. I recently had them out to assess an issue with my system. Derek is extremely knowledgeable and clearly an expert in this field. He is professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. It’s rare to find a company this capable and reliable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality irrigation/sprinkler services.

Derrek and his team quickly and competently replaced our front and backyard irrigation system for a surprisingly fair price. More over, given the size of our backyard and the amount of water required to keep it healthy, Derrek proposed a reduction in the size of the irrigated section while mapping-out fruit tree and garden bed irrigation. We were able to remove ~30% of our bordering grass, replace it with nice looking, reasonably priced crusher fines (think "hiking trail" material), and significantly reduce our annual irrigation water bill. They installed Hunter's "Hydrawise" WiFi connected system which has a solid user interface, allowing us to give a little more water to the garden bed on especially hot-dry spells and automatically skipping irrigation cycles when rain has or will adequately water. Finally, we're certain Altitude Irrigation will be a reliable longterm partner moving forward for blow-outs and inevitable repairs. We couldn't recommend Derrek and his Altitude Irrigation team more. I live in prairie center and Vargas does our community landscaping/maintenance needs. You can tell the employees that work for the company don’t take pride in their job or work. When they come to mow, they leave all the clippings at the fence line. Like another person who left a review, they don’t edge and just mow so it blows weeds right onto your property every year. There has also been a dead goose for about a month now that they just keep landscaping around. If you’re also walking with your family or driving by, they do not stop working to allow you to pass without being hit by the clippings. Toss up of our HOA not knowing how bad it’s been and the business seeming like it doesn’t care about its work.

These guys are over here mowing weeds in a green belt between houses and all they are doing is spreading the weeds around for everyone. Not once have they sprayed the weeds and I keep having to spend money to combat the weeds in my yard because of this. In the winter they are so slow to respond that me and my neighbors have to shovel the common areas because they never get here. They are terrible.

Not only do they keep the area I live in looking fantastic, but I had ran out of gas on my way to the gas station and I was stuck. I asked a couple of employees for help and they were so kind and so helpful. I am blown away by how quickly they got me taken care of and asked for nothing in return. Quality gentlemen working here, for sure!

Vargas Property Services has been a staple in my neighborhood for many years - 15+ at least:) They work hard to keep the flower beds tended, sprinklers maintained, and mowing, etc. Always professional and a great asset to our neighborhood.
