Olson recently completed an irrigation and planting project at my home.
The installation was quick and well-organized, with minimal disruption to my property. The technicians were meticulous in their work, and they made sure everything was properly tested and calibrated before finishing up. They also took the time to explain how the system works, and I was impressed by their attention to detail, such as ensuring the sprinkler heads were positioned to avoid overwatering or runoff. Looking forward to more improvements!

I was genuinely nervous about our big landscape project, but Carlos’ crew put me at ease immediately. Felt like they truly cared about making us happy.

My 93 year old grandma has been using Olson's for 15+ years and after my grandpa past, boy has it gone down hill. For the past two years she has had issues in a particular part of the yard and has been trying to get Olson's to fix it, but they have yet to do so. First, they ran out of sod, then they said they will replace the heads in the zone the next year 2024... It is now June of 2024, and two years later no one has fixed the issues. Empty promises are made that Caleb and Brian will be out to fix it...but yet nothing is done. For paying $400 a month, you would expect if one part of the yard fails, that they would be all over fixing the issue so the yard doesn't go down hill. However, since my grandpa past Olson's is neglecting their obligation to service a yard that used to look emasculate.

What stood out to me was Brandon himself taking the time to sweep up the driveway at the end of each day. It's a small thing, but it shows incredible pride in their work.

We were in town from Denver looking for a contractor for our cabin, and Olson Outdoors was a fantastic find. Their knowledge of the local area was a huge plus.

The lack of appropriate lawn care began in September/October of 2021. We signed up for fall aeration and seeding, then winter fertilization, and finally overseeding in the spring. We were told that would be enough to bring our yard to an acceptable state. We were also promised weeding of the property (per the pictures, that was not controlled).

When we finally needed to buy sod, Olson was going to work on the sprinkler system. Due to their lack of accountability, we preferred not to pay up front costs. Also, we were going to be overcharged for sod and a new sprinkler system. After being Olson customers for over 3 years, never having paid a bill late, we were told that Brandon was unwilling to work with us or discount or remove any services — including weed control.

I am wheelchair bound and was promised that our property would be kept like a rental and it was not. We were willing to pay for this level of service and Olson did not perform the duties agreed upon starting the previous year.

While Olson can talk a good game, they do not execute their own contracts for service. They do not keep the HOA at bay with regards to weed control. We had to hire someone after Olson came to remediate the weeds.

Yes, I am aware that this is a public post. That is actually the point of writing this review. I am letting others know the level of incompetence and inability to do what you say you will do.

Brandon and his team just finished our new deck, and we are absolutely in love. They were so patient with all our questions and the whole process felt stress-free.

As a Broomfield resident, it's a relief to have a trustworthy contractor like Olson Outdoors nearby. They've done work on a few neighbors' houses and the quality is always top-notch.

Carlos always goes above & beyond expectations, shows up on time & always finishes the job way before the deadline! I would highly recommend Olson & their team for ANY of your landscaping needs!

We needed a large landscaping boulder relocated from one section of our yard to another. Carlos came out and was brilliant at problem solving what proved to be a very challenging job. He was so patient and worked to excavate the ground and reposition the rock in its new location until I was completely happy with it. Then he cleaned up meticulously and left the yard looking better than it did when he arrived. We are beyond satisfied with the final work and will definitely call Olsen Outdoors for any of our future landscaping needs.

They do more damage and harm then good from what I have seen

This landscape company is very careless and reckless while working. And the employees like to cuss you out in Spanish while pointing and laughing at you. They don’t care about any of the cars located on the apartment premises. They do all the landscape at our complex and this is about the tenth time where they’ve done something to our car. The first couple times Greg the supervisor came out to our site and swore up and down that this issue would be resolved and we’d get taken care of as it was their fault. After sending him the proof he asked for we never heard back or received any compensation for the damages. So now my car is scratched, paint chips and overall pretty horrific for a car I got new 6 months ago.! Would not recommend this company to ANYONE looking for landscaping work as they lie as a company.
