We have been needing our fireplace cleaned and while doom scrolling I found this company on Instagram. The initial contact was very responsive, even though I reached out later in the evening. Communication leading up to our appointment was excellent.

When they arrived at our home, Isabel thoroughly explained everything before getting started. They were both efficient with their time and did an amazing job. Afterward, she walked me through exactly what was done and provided a detailed report on the condition of my chimney. She even took the time to explain it again to my wife when she came into the room.

At no point did I feel any pressure or upselling. I truly appreciated the honesty and professionalism. You definitely earned my future business.

I used clean air genie to clean out my air ducts in my home. I’m super pleased with the price that I was charged. My vents were in bad shape. Isabel and Ido explained what they were going to do and did exactly that. I received before and after photos as well, alongside some videos to ensure that they were my vents.

Great service! Isabel and her partner are very considerate and provides a great service! They work fast only 1.5 hours to get all the vents clean. The house has living room with 3 vents an 1 return, 3 bedrooms with 2 vents, kitchen vent and bathroom vent and 2 returns in hallway. Pleased customer! I am a return customer, who first used Clean Air Genie services in January 2024 for whole house and dryer vent cleaning. As recommended by Isabel, I scheduled a return service call for dryer vent cleaning two years later and also had a furnace check. The furnace engine was in desperate need of cleaning so I decided to proceed with that service today. I also referred my neighbor for service and scheduled whole house & dryer cleaning plus furnace engine cleaning for my rental property. The prices for service were impossible to beat and the service was excellent.

Isabel obviously knows the business. Exterior of my property had been painted since the first service and she noticed that the exterior dryer vent had been damaged by the painters. She proposed an interior access to the vent and gave me an assessment of what she found so I can follow up with painter for fix the vent and make things right. Staff has good communication. They were on time for both appointments. They cleaned the dryer vent completely. Since new roofing was done recently, they found the root of my problem: a major clog on the roof. The roofers had put a screen over the top of the dryer vent! Clean Air Genie removed the screen. The screen had thick, compacted lint stuck to it. A sizable piece of black-tar roofing was stuck in there too. No wonder airflow was blocked. No wonder the dryer couldn’t dry my clothes. Since they fixed my dryer vent airflow, my clothes dry fast again. Connie of Longmont.
