My parents had central air installed in their house and it does not work. They have tried to call MULTIPLE times been told MULTIPLE times that will come out and they still haven’t. I wouldn’t waste your time with these people. They have poor communication and don’t want to help just want a check for the installation. They did a poor job and don’t want to fix it for them. Now we are out almost $13,000. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Our heating system broke down and we reached out to Osmar and his team, they were quick to set a time and date to assist us and install in 5 degree weather. Truly recommend!

I want to thank the whole crew of 360 Total Home. They were all very professional on time and answer all of my questions. The approval for a new A/C was easy and fast. I definitely recommend them.

Disappointed and Frustrated – I Expected Better.

I had high hopes when I chose this company. Their sales team was responsive, kind, and professional—until the installation was complete.
When they quoted me they said 3-4 hours, The installers were here all day. One was an apprentice, the other claimed 10 years of experience, yet the process felt slow and very unorganized. I had to cancel my entire day. They even left me without hot water i had to reach out the next day to see if they could help me but, i had to end up turning my water heater back up on my own.

After the install, the communication disappeared. No one followed up when I reported that the AC was weak. Part of the quote was the duct clean and I had to chase them down just to get my ducts cleaned—
I honestly thought they were not goanna clean them. And Even after that, the AC is still not working properly.

They charged me over $9,000—more than what was quoted. At least thats what it appears on the account. When I brought this up, there was no explanation, no concern, nothing. The installer tried to sell me a furnace the day of the install but I was quoted $14K for AC and furnace. We decided to install only the ac like we had originally planned. Keep in mind other companies charge significantly less. But i really thought this company was worth it to pay more because of the way they handled things at the beginning.

I didn’t write this to hurt the company, but to share the truth about my experience.

They seemed to care—until they got the sale.
Now I’m left with a weak AC, a big debt, and a bad experience.
This could’ve been a great review. Sadly, it isn’t.

I truly hope someone from the company reaches out to make this right.

My unit stopped working , we gave 360 total home a call after hours they answered right away and had the tech give us a call they walked my husband thru some troubleshooting. We couldn’t get to work ourselves, but they came first thing in the morning and got it running for us. Oslay was Awesome.

Highly recommend 360 total home. Talked to Osmar, he is very professional and answered all our questions.He came on Monday and got us approved very quickly and then they came out on Wednesday and installed a new furnace and a new AC unit. They did an amazing job. Very satisfied with the work they did!! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

They came and looked at our old furnace gave us the advice and estimates we needed to further make decisions on a new one ; when time came for the new furnace to be installed they were very professional and kind. Ended up having a little hiccup with our dryer after the furnace was installed and wired. They came back the next morning were very prestige and took good care of us! In making sure all the wiring was correct and in good shape. We are very pleased and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My parents decided to move from queens to the Broomfield area and needed some remodeling done in the new fixer upper they purchased. Rich was more than accommodating. I think they just wanted some wood work done and by the end of it they were painting, rebuilding parts of their deck, checking out their central air unit.....Definitely call these guys for all of your homeowner needs!
