I’m very pleased with the service I received . They cleaned my heating ducts that haven’t been cleaned in about 20 years . The gentleman who came to my house was very nice, went over everything with me, showed my husband the before an after and also had no problem taking his shoes off when entering the upstairs of my home.
This was the 3rd company I reached out to and I can’t tell you how happy I am with the overall service.

Lowe’s Air Duct Cleaning was perfect. Our HOA requires yearly inspections so it was quite convenient that I was able to schedule service for the next day upon calling. Alex was available earlier than scheduled and arrived on time. The cleaning was done in no time and everything looks immaculate. I will definitely be calling them again for future cleanings. Thanks!

Easy to work with office staff. Very accomadting. Polite and professional. Jose ventura our technician was outstanding. Extremely patient. Polite. Educational. Respectful and honest. Did his best work explained along the way. We had trouble finding where my dryer vent exits thr house and he climbed to my attic and rand out the exterior of the house wite a vacuum in my dryer vent to locate the exit. Unfortunately due to snow he could clean my dryer but I want him to come back out to do this pending job. He did an excellent job with my hvac cleaning.

Making the appointment was quick and easy. The technician Alex came 30
min. Early (after checking to make sure it was ok to arrive early) he was very respectful of the property. Wore booties, face mask. We had both the Air Duct Cleaning, and Dryer Vent Cleaning & Sanitization done. Showed us before and after photographs and wow what a difference. Great service. Good price. I highly recommend.

Mr Julio Hernandez came to do my air ducts cleaned and I'm very satisfied with his work. Very professional and willing to share his input on how to care properly on the air ducts and what to check. Very clean after the work. He shows the b4 and after on every work he did. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. He is also very pleasant and well mannered. So happy I found Lowe’s to clean our air ducts! After refinishing our floors, our ducts were full of dust and debris.
