Technician Jesus was on-time, repectful, knowledgable and thorough. He diagnosed the problem with our heating system and recommended an air purifying system that will filter all types of contaminents that will make our home safer and comfortable for us and our pets. In the past, Cooper has installed a new furnace, hot water heater and a whole house AC system. We have been impressed all of their representatives and the professional service they provide. We are Cooper H&C customers for life!

This review is long overdue, but all I can say is Cooper is phenomenal. I’ve been using them for a little over 4 years and they have been nothing less than spectacular. I’ve used them for A/C, heat, plumbing, and electrical and every time has been a great experience. All of the techs are knowledgeable and very kind. I recommend Cooper to anyone that needs any of the services they offer.

I called Cooper Heating & Cooling after seeing they were a local, veteran owned company. Everyone I spoke with from scheduling to the office staff were helpful and friendly. I got a call letting me know that Jesse was on the way. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my water heater, walked me through how to resolve if it happens again. He was very kind, professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend Cooper & Jesse Bell. Thank you so much. You are now on my list of trusted companies to use in the future and to recommend should anyone else need your services. Much appreciated!

Joe did an exceptional job with handling our furnace issues, and effectively mitigated some of the issues that were not a simple fix (i.e. replacing the entire furnace because it was too big for our house). He was able to explain everything to me *respectfully* without assuming I couldn't follow what he was saying also, which is an attitude I greatly appreciate. All around good experience, despite the problem itself being an expense we weren't prepared for. Recommend Joe 10/10!

I called up because our heater was turning off immediately. It turns out that our furnace filter was clogged due to the fact that we were using humidifiers without distilled water. The technician pointed this out and put in a new filter, and the furnace worked fine after that. We also updated a couple of things on the furnace which is why the bill was higher than a standard visit. However, I feel that the fee charged was reasonable for the service provided. We were very happy with the speed that the technician was able to come out, and how quickly he resolved the issue. Thanks.

Last winter Cooper heating & cooling saved me by coming out and taking care of my heater in an emergency situation when the company I used for 20+ years couldn’t be bothered.
Over a month ago I called to make an appointment for the annual service for my heater. The women on the phone said their earliest appointments were in the middle to late November. I told her that was too long for me because of several reasons. She put me on hold to see if she could find a better date. When she came back she said they had found a space on October 20, and that worked for my situation.
Last Friday, October 17, I received 3 quick texts in the afternoon telling me there was a problem with my appointment and the technician wouldn’t be able to come to my house that day and to please call because my appointment had been cancelled. I called the office around 3:30 that afternoon after receiving those texts. The girl told me my October 20 scheduled appointment the technician wouldn’t be able to come to my house. She needed me to reschedule my appointment. I told her if it wasn’t going to be in a few days she could just not worry about it, I needed it done sooner than a month that she said it would take. She put me on hold to talk to someone in dispatch. She came back In a few minutes and said no one was available to take care of me right now in dispatch. She said she was bumping my appointment up to the next level and someone from dispatch would be calling me back by the end of the day. Well, as of today October 20 at 1:10 pm I haven’t heard from anyone.
I ended up just calling another company and they had appointments available on Thursday of this week. They are a company with 4.9 stars on google out of over 3000 reviews.
I’m not sure what is up with Cooper Heating, I feel like they just lied to me about the availability for today’s original appointment, thinking I’d just make another appointment and wait another month. I think they just don’t care about their customers and cancel and change things when they want. I don’t trust companies like that myself. Just my opinion. Just be prepared for last second changes to your appointment and then NO CUSTOMER SERVICE after that. They just blow you off. -
Hands down the BEST HVAC company in the Boulder/Denver Metro area. Cooper was awesome all of the way through. I can not say enough great things about this company. From the scheduling to the installers, we had a great experience. Don't change Cooper, you guys are killing it! I have a new HVAC contractor from here on out. Extremely satisfied.

I will not use Cooper H&C again. Had circuit breaker failing. Our problem was similar to an early problem that was corrected by replacing the breaker. Asked the scheduler to have the electrician come prepared. He did not come prepared, promised to call us, and waited what seemed like at least a week to order the part. He never called. Cooper also offered a $200 coupon but when we tried to use it they said it wasn't good.

I had two service issues—HVAC (Justin) and Plumbing (Jesse)—and both techs arrived at the same time. They were incredibly knowledgeable, great communicators, and walked me through every step. They gave my home their full attention, fixed everything, and delivered true 5 star service!
I also signed up for the Optimum Service Plan and am officially part of the Cooper Green Club—I can already see the value!
Please add both Jesse and Justin to my profile so they can be assigned to me in the future. Thank you! -

Outstanding Service from Ian at Cooper Heating!
Ian recently inspected our furnace, and we couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and care. He treated our home with the utmost respect, wearing shoe covers, keeping his work area spotless, and ensuring everything was cleaner than when he arrived.
He took the time to thoroughly clean and check every part of the system, explaining what he was doing and why. Ian also shared helpful tips on how to keep our heating system running efficiently and healthy throughout the winter. His attention to detail, expertise, and genuine respect for homeowners made the whole experience exceptional.
We’ll absolutely be requesting Ian for future service appointments. Cooper Heating is lucky to have such a knowledgeable and courteous technician on their team! -
My friend recommended Cooper HVAC and this is my first time using them. It was easy to schedule. Communication was great. Technician was professional and explained the repair needed. No problem getting parts covered by warranty, estimates arrived the same day. I’m very satisfied so far. Thank you.

Cooper Heating was terrific from start to finish. During the initial evaluation and estimation process, they worked with me to determine the right solution for my home. No upsell tactics and the price was very competitive. The installation went smoothly and the team did quality work and answered all my questions. The lead tech went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied.

Paul came to fix a leak on my water heater. It was old galvanized steel that had rusted from the inside. He replaced all galvanized steel except for a T piece of steel. Was never quoted to get the T replaced. If the reason for the leak is the rusted galvanized steel, why would you not replace ALL of the galvanized steel in order to ensure that a leak doesn’t happen? $375 later and I still don’t have any peace of mind that my water heater won’t leak.
Would not recommend this company.
Added photo of galvanized steel T and copper pipe that was added.
